Ocean View with Deck & Hot Tub, Close Beach Access, Close to Casino

Great home with plenty of space for large families and well equipped. Comfortable and cozy with a nice view of the ocean. Hope to stay there again!

Beds were SUPER comfy. The set up was perfect for our large group. The view and sunset were exactly what we needed. Perfect space for all of us to gather together and yet have quiet areas for relaxing. Recommend.

Perfect location by the beach. Affordable and plenty of room for the family.

This was a nice property. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of space in the house for all the guests. The kids had plenty of room to play and space out whenever they needed a small break. The adults got their own rooms and the kids had a shared room which was nice for all of us. We all were very happy how close it was to the beach. And just a couple minutes from the store for those last minute needs that we needed. This house will definitely be on our minds again if we want to do another group trip. We had one small issue with the fireplace but the owners were so nice and were immediately in contact with us to fix the issue.

We love the ocean view, easy access to the beach about a block away and the large dining room table.

While the house description was accurate and worked perfect for our group.However the house was not ready for check in when we got there. The cleaning company had left supplies and laundry going. We had to wait an hour for them to come back and finish the job. When we reached out to VRBO they were unable to reach the hosts. I also messaged and have been unable to reach the hosts. Not great communication all away around.

This was an amazing find for a large group of adults and teenagers. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was more than enough space to stretch out and do our own thing as well as gather in the living room and dining room when we all wanted to be together. We had so much fun staying here!

Very well stocked home with room for everyone.

A lovely comfortable home that fit our group of 14 very well. Great view and access to the beach. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from the deck and large kitchen windows. A good location near grocery store and kids enjoyed the hot tub after playing on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Host responded quickly to any question we had. Would highly recommend this lovely home!

Always a great spot for a week at the beach!

The host allowed us early access(30 minutes) since we had arrived early due to weather conditions. This was very helpful and appreciated. The house was just as described, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from inside the house and from the deck. The house was well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen appliances. Loved the location!

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay; house location, parking, large kitchen with great views. Room layouts were well thought out. Overall a genuinely a great rental, we look forward to next coastal vacation and stay.

Everything was perfect for our stay

The host was amazing and got right back to me with everything i needed. The house was very nice great location very close to chinook winds and not a far walk at all to be on the beach. The beds were amazing. All of them we slept in. Nice and soft.

The tip of the hot tub key was sharp (like it had been broken) and wouldn't fit inside the locknso couldn't open the hot tub. The fire place went out day 2 wouldn-t turn back on.

Everything you need to make any meals. Enjoyed the hot tub. Easy access to the beach and loved watching the storm that came through. We were there for my dad’s 80th birthday and was able to have my sister and her daughter and the two great grandkids. My brother and his wife. All the space we could ever want. Very easy walk to the casino.

This is a great house for a large family or group of people. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space to hang out together. Beach access is just a short walk away. The hot tub is perfect to warm up after a day at the beach. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and would definitely recommend it.

Quickly after getting to the house we had the unfortunate realization that the house hadn’t been cleaned. We drove about 6 hours and everyone was exhausted. Fortunately after calling one of the numbers provided someone sent to clean the house at about 6:30 or so. They did a great job cleaning. The house has a great layout. Beach access is two houses down. Only consistent annoyance was trying to keep leaf litter out of the hot tub. Great stay overall and we intend on booking this house next year.

Family ladies annual beach weekend

The house was great! It was clean and the family area was big and open for family to talk. Lots of rooms for everyone and comfortable beds. It was close beach accesses and walking distance to Chinook Winds Casino. Overall and great house with a great view. We will be back!

The house was very accommodating and spacious for children and grandchildren. Found a few garbage items on deck upon arrival otherwise all was good. Dishwasher needed some jet dry because dishes were not drying. We had a great time!

Really liked that it was roomy for all of us, and it was really close to walk to the ocean beach! We had great weather too!

Great house that is close to the beach and town. The house is well kept. We did some fishing, hiking, and went to the beach. We had a great time.

This was our annual sisters trip and we loved the layout of the house, the proximity to the beach, and the beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in at a rental house. Hands down. Plenty of room for everyone and easy to get to lots of activities.

This rental is an amazing place for families or larger groups. It has a well-appointed kitchen and plenty of space for everyone, with amazing views of the ocean! Access to the beach is just 2 houses away, and we had a blast looking at the tide pools at low tide and boogie boarding at high tide. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping, also. Would love to stay here again, the next time our family visits.

Beautiful spot. Very short walk to the beach. The view from the diningroom was amazing. Internet was very spotty like most properties in that area. We played boardgames and walked, so it was still great for us.

Everything was as described. Very short walk to the beach. Pleny of room for 7 adults and one child. Beds were all comfortable. Hot tub worked well after days of searching for glass floats on the beach, fishing on the coast, and shopping in the shops. We may choose to stay here again. Thanks!

This house was huge and perfect for our family and friends get together. With 5 bedrooms holding 12 people and 3 bathrooms we were good. Finally a living room with seats for everyone. The kitchen had a huge granite counter top with at least 5 barstools. The table held 10. There was a fridge with a bonus of 2 more fridges in the rec room. The view is good. Close to access to the beach, too. Our only problem was the largest stove burner was stuck on high, a shower head broke and the lockbox won’t open. Fortunately the door has a code. (Hit clear, the code and the lock symbol to lock the house.) It took us a few moments to figure it out. Everyone voted to return next year amoments to figure it out.

Our stay at this Lincoln City beach house was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to beach access and close to great local restaurants and shops. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

Love the house, beds, kitchen. Will definitely stay here again

This house was a great fit for our family! Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds for all 11 of us, three bathrooms, (one an en suite) and a large open living space with plenty of seating for all. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and had ample seating and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were supplied with towels, soap, etc as was the laundry room. The hot tub was clean and already heated and ready for use! The deck across the front of the house had Adirondack chairs to sit in and enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean. From inside the views were spectacular as well! We would love to come back again and stay longer!

My sisters and their families all met at the beach for an early Christmas gathering. We had a wonderful time playing games, walking on the beach, putting together puzzles, eating a fantastic Italian dinner, and opening up some presents. The house was a wonderful location for this special gathering! Very clean, fully stocked, comfy beds, and close to the beach.

This was our second time staying at this house. We have a group of 8 people. There is so much room here. Plenty of rooms, and plenty of living room/dining room space to be in. The kitchen is big and open and the view is nice.

Everything was good, the only thing is there was no lights by the hot tub and no covering it was raining all wkn which made it difficult to get in hot tub otherwise we loved it!

Everything went smooth. Property is clean and close to casino and beach access. Plus great views of the ocean and sunsets.

The view was great - we had a few issues - a couple of light bulbs that were burned out; difficulty unlocking the hot tub, and ran out of garbage bags - minor details. The house was great overall and the walk to the beach well worth it.

Great time

We loved our vacation at Lincoln City. This home is literally across the street from the beach! The weather was fabulous and we saw shooting stars and the northern lights! Owners were great and easy to deal with. This is probably the last time my dad will travel anywhere so thank you for hosting us. There are some things i think the property owner should know. If they are paying someone to clean there get ripped off at least partially. The floors and carpets are filthy so much that our feet were black from walking around inside the house. Also many of the blinds are broken so not a lot of privacy for some rooms. One of the reclining couches doesn't work which was a bummer. Kitchen is well stocked but they need to replace the can opener. Overall it was fun and we all really enjoyed our stay. Oh, one more thing, they might want to tell people Before they book that sheets are not supplied for the pull out couches. Also what if people are flying in how could they have room yo bring bedding? Anyway, thanks again for everything. We might stay again! 😊

Nice home close to the beach with a great view. Was a comfortable fit for our family of 13.

The place gift our needs very well. EXCEPT the upstairs TV would not work and the Microwave worked for 2 minutes the first day. We really needed the microwave, but used the oven as a okay substitute.
