Ocean view, steps to beach, spacious 6-bedroom in Nags Head

I thought the house was going to be beach front. It was beach view but it was ok. Lots of room which was nice everyone could have their own space. Steps to beach were completely covered up so we walked throught the sand to get to the beach. Overall we had a good time.

The property was clean, but a few things were in need of repair. The dishwasher was leaking, a blender was missing a piece that held the blade in place, and the footrest on the recliner in the living room was broken. Overall it served it’s purpose and provided a comfortable place to stay near the beach.

Very nice location. House however is in a state of disrepair. Old and outdated.

My first impression after getting out of my car was wow what did I just purchase? The outside of the house could use some maintenance. There was poison ivy growing up the railings and for the love of God do something with that hot tub. Take it off the porch or fix it. It is worthless. I was very disappointed, not having a hot tub that worked. The inside of the house, however, had plenty of room for everyone. Air conditioning was amazing. The only thing that I could see that the inside really needs is a steady decor. It was pretty random and please get rid of that god-awful reclining chair, dump chairs, and buy new sofas, other than that quite pleased with the property close to the beach and we all had a good time

We had a great time at this property. 1 minute from the beach with all the space we needed with 7 adults and 5 kids.

The property is located steps away from the ocean and very close to Fishheads which is a family fav. The house itself sleeps plenty and very comfortably. The living room area is my favorite spot; big and spacious for the whole family and warm sun shining though all the windows ☀️ Love the house and the owner is fantastic to communicate with! We can’t wait for next years trip!

We had a great time during our stay at your beach vacation home. It was conveniently located within a short walking distance to the ocean. The house was large enough for our extended family of seven adults and three children. The large family room was a nice gathering place. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware. The garbage disposal was not working when we arrived, but we managed to get it unclogged during our stay. The outside gas grill had built-up grease, and the base pan area underneath the grill caught fire. Turning off the gas did not extinguish the fire, so sand was used to smother the flames. We were not able to use it. The grill should be cleaned or replaced.

This property was just what we needed for a Thanksgiving weekend. We had 4 families ranging from grandkids to grandparents and all were happy with the space. The living room is spacious with nice views and plenty of seating for a big group to relax. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked, although some of the cooks wished for sharper knives. It is a bit outdated, but I expected that from the pics. That being said, everything was in working order. The beach access was a bit tough for the older folks as you have to go up a smaller dune, but they were able to walk around the block to level ground. We stayed in late Fall, so maybe it's more accessible in the warmer months when the sand hasn't accumulated so much. The property owner provided thorough information for easy check in/out, and also responded promptly with any questions we had. Overall, it's a nice, cozy spot and we couldn't have been happier with our family time together.

We stayed here for my 24th birthday and it was perfect! Would definitely rent this house again!

Property is as advertised. Positives are the close proximity to the beach and the MP 19+ location. Views are restricted by a house directly next door, but you can see a little of the ocean. Negatives would be the outdated decor / furniture and cleanliness upon arrival was definitely an issue.
