The house and management was terrific ! From prior phone calls with management co to having them greet us on arrival to a spectacular home we loved the stay. Beautiful home looking over the ocean, downtown San Diego and lovely furnishings. We spent a lot of time on patio with the large fire pit and spa.

The host was responsive and we were greeted in person upon our arrival, for a walk through.

We really enjoyed our stay. It really is a lovely home with a beautiful view!!! If I was to critique the home…I would say the landscaping could have used some work. The lighting around the tree really should be replaced with working lights as it is truly a magnificent place to spend the evenings. The onlyOther thing was there should be some instruction near all the lighting explaining which switches work which lights…..the electrical was very confusing for all 8 of us. But all in all…..It is a BEAUTIFUL homeAnd we had a great work retreat.

As a San Diego native I can say with confidence that this house has one of the best views in the entire county. It's also a very nice house with a great kitchen and patio/pool area. The movie room was really cool as well. Great time.

Talk about WOWING the group! This house was beautiful, immaculate, and the amenities were 5-Star. The view on its own was well worth the booking. The house comfortably slept 8 adults for our 2-Day golf trip. Best part of the stay was the exceptional communication of NXT Vacation Management and staff. Alessandro was assigned to us and made sure that our pre-check in, daily needs, and check out went as smoothly as possible. There were some minor needs at the house and Mac was there first thing in the morning to address them so that we could get on with our day. I have saved this home as a “Favorite” for future use, and I hope to book more rentals that are managed by NXT Vacation Management. Talk about a VIP experience!

This is a beautiful house and property. The pool,view and outside amenities are superb. Alessandro meet us the first day and explained all of the amenities. He was always available to answer any questions we had. Our kids loved the theater room. The house was large enough for our family of 10. Dining room table was large enough to accommodate all of us, also lots of seating in the kitchen.

The online portrayal of this home is exactly what you will get! Incredible view, beautiful home and unbeatable service!! Our family had a great stay and will definitely try to book this home again!

As soon as we walked in we were so happy selecting this home for our stay in La Jolla. The management team did an excellent job making sure we were satisfied with everything and yes we were! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Generally very good, though a few aging issues, mostly relating to A/C unit's blower which is very loud. Light switches are oddly placed and some don't do anything. Could use reading lamps. Door code problems persisted but a side door that does not appear to have a working lock allowed us entry and we were careful about not getting locked out.

An excellent ocean/bay view property, the only negative was several maintenance items need fixing or upgrading, especially in bathrooms and kitchen. Great pool for the kids.

We stayed with our extended family of 12 people. The house and view are beautiful. It was great to have each bedroom with its own bath and the pool/patio to relax outside. You will likely have to drive if your intention is to tour around going to the beach, Legoland, downtown, Seaworld, etc. but we knew that going in and think it was well worth it. The staff responded extremely fast to the questions we did have and were very courteous.
