Ocean View, Riverfront Home w/ Marsh Views, 2 Decks, Kayaks - Walk to Beach

Everything was great except that two of the toilets wouldn’t flush. Nice rooms, comfortable and would love this place in the summer months.

Perfect house for our family. Great views, deck was perfect for morning coffee and all day relaxation. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful week.

This is a well-maintained home and perfect set-up for a large group. We had 10 people sleep here for a week and the house was very comfortable with two full living spaces as well as a 3rd level with its own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great home! Our second time there. Had one little problem and someone showed up immediately to remediate. I hope we can go again.

This is a great property and a great location. Just yards from the beach. House has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our family totally enjoyed all aspects of our stay. This house easily accommodated every member of the family .

We are 5 couples from NH who have been booking a long weekend on the ME coast every winter for 20 years. This was our best house choice yet. Three on-suite bedrooms. Three separate living areas if some want to watch tv while others play noisy board games etc. Open and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Decor and appliances very nice. Great views.

Getaway for 10 girlfriends in December. House had plenty of room and views were beautiful. Close to north beach. A short drive to downtown ogunquit.

We had a blast and everyone in the group. Location was great.

Wonderful house. Room for all for both together activities and private ones also. The only complaint we had was the discrepancy in the listing that stated 5 queen beds and one double. They were all double. But they were comfortable.

We rent this home for our annual girls' weekend every Fall, and it has never disappointed. There are 6 of us, and we all have our own room, which is just magical! The location is perfect - walk to the beach, close to Ogunquit Center and restaurants, and a quick drive from our home in Boston. Everything is very clean, comfortable, and modern. We cook a lot in the house and the kitchen has what we need. We love this house!

The house situated at a quiet area, sandwiched between the marshland and the sea. Minutes to the Marginal Way, one can have a nice casual walk to Ogunquit within 20 minutes in the morning or evening cool breeze. Peddleboarding or Kayaking during high tide is so easy and convenient. Sunrise and sunset views are both breathtaking.

Fabulous location, Great views, quick access to the beach, quiet location. Group of 10 and everyone had their own privacy and bathroom, which was important. Close drive to Olgunquit, York, and Kennebunkport. Also, the younger ones were able to visit the zoo as well as the splash park. I personally loved walking the beach, the beach was absolutely beautiful. Exceeded my expectations. Would definitely return.

The physical property itself was as billed. It had ample room for our family and nice kitchen. A short walk to the beach. HOWEVER...we had issue was with the fact that the house (shown with paddle boards in their picture and marketed this way) did NOT come with paddles!?! After arriving and eager to go for a kayak ride (had 3) we could not find any paddles. I texted the owner/mgmt company with a picture of the storage area and they just said sorry for the inconvenience. I asked if I could buy some and get reimbursed and they said NO. No desire to remedy the situation. Terrible service. We also found numerous ants in the kitchen. Only 1 shower could run hot water at a time. Overall disappointed for what we paid for our stay. Would not recommend.

This property is a gem. The house, located on the Ogunquit River, comes with kayaks and paddleboards to use on the river. This house is one block from a beautiful beach allowing for easy access and quick back and forth. The house also included beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. In addition, the house itself is also a gem - six large bedrooms, five bathrooms and two half baths, three living areas - one on the top floor with views of the ocean. The kitchen is large with eating areas at the counter, the table and an outside table on the deck overlooking the river. All the cabinets and light switches were labeled which made finding things easy. This was a wonderful vacation spot for one family - two grandparents, one couple with three small children and two single adults. We are definitely planning our next trip.

We’ve been coming to Ogunquit for years but this was our first time at this house in Wells. Loved the location and the easy access to both the beach and the marsh. The house was a great size for our large group and had everything we needed for an awesome week.

The house was great. It was directly across from beach access. We enjoyed cooking our meals at the house. We appreciated the kayaks and other items. Would stay here again.

This home has a main living floor with an open plan kitchen, dining , and seating area with a beautiful view of the lowlands. There are also seating areas on different floors, where people can have space to be on their own. We were 7 women and having the bedrooms with ensuites was wonderful. The house is extremely well equipped and had everything that was needed to start our stay. Being 2 minutes from the beach was perfect!

This house is perfect for enjoying the beauty of the ocean and marshes. The kitchen deck looks on to a beautiful marsh. The ocean is a mere 2 minute walk and Moody Beach is spectacular! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are really comfortable and there is lots of room to spread out and relax. Just a wonderful place to unwind with family and friends.
