Stayed Dec 25, 2023We stayed at John's property with 6 adults and had plenty of space. You have access to all of the pools on the property, with the exception of the Beach Club (Quivera owners only), which is a great feature. We loved walking the neighborhood every day and we are able to hang out as a group and do our own things! Great space, would recommend.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023This was a great house on a beautiful property. Three big bedrooms. There is plenty of space. You can easily walk to the clubhouse to access the gym and pool with great food options and a concierge service. We had a great time at this location. We couldnt find a super easy way to walk to the beach, but you can easily take a shuttle. Absolutely gorgeous ocean views. I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony with a cup of tea in the morning time. There is also a beautiful rooftop with private firepit. Great grill set up. The house made our trip very special!
