The Space:

Set in a quiet, upscale West Vancouver neighbourhood with beautiful ocean views and a peaceful, private feel. The home backs onto a scenic trail with direct access just behind the property, leading down to the water in approximately 10 minutes. The trail includes a mix of dirt paths and some moderately steep sections, best suited for guests comfortable with light hiking.



Dining table in the main living room sits 6 comfortably, with 2 additional chairs to accommodate a group of 8.
