Stayed Jun 30, 2023We were a family of 4 in town for a high school graduation, but wanting to spend the week at the CT shore. The house was very charming and clean when we arrived. It was an older house, but had a new oven and fridge and all the dishes you would need in the kitchen. We cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. The front porch was great to sit for meals and games. There were a few beach chairs and a wagon to borrow. The beach was just a short walk down the road and there was a great crepe place, ice cream, Italian ice, snack bar and even a carousel on the way there. It was 4th of July week for us, but the beach was not too crowded. The only minus for us was that the listing had said there was a washer and dryer, but there was not one in this unit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023Donnie was great from the start! He messaged us to make sure everything was perfect when we arrived. The property is exactly what a New England beach house should be, cozy, relaxing and a block from the beach. Could not have stayed in a better location. Thank you Donnie! 10/10

Stayed Jul 1, 2022The cottage was great. The outdoor patio is definitely the highlight. The only complaint we had is if you are trying to multiple air conditioning units and anything the else power would go out. We were popping the breakers every 10-15 mins at night. Overall it was a great stay and we would go back.

Stayed Jun 5, 2022This property was well worth the weekly rate. The property is beautiful and very clean. The host also offers winery and brewery tour along with boat charters and tubing.
