Ocean View in OB | Coastal | Serene | Breathtaking

The kitchen was well equipped for a family Thanksgiving. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Living room as roomy with plenty of seating. We thought there were working fire places in the living room and outside. But there weren't. That was a selling point for the rental and family time. There is no piano? Leave instructions on how to work the heat. Lots of barking dogs but you can't control that.

The neighborhood, location and amenities could not have been more perfect for our stay. The views of the ocean from the bedrooms and the lay out of the home were calming and comfortable for our family. We hope to be back soon!

This property disappoints. The bedrooms are very small (not even enough room for a chair in the en-suite bedroom), and accessed down a small flight of stairs, with the second bath (for bedrooms 2 and 3) at the top of the stairs - very awkward. There’s a bedside light on one side only (there’s not even an outlet on the other side of the bed). The overall condition of the property appears tired and old, with mismatching repaint patches on the walls etc. The website photographs are very deceptive. The furniture looked like it came from a consignment store. The dining table was dirty - we scrubbed it to try to get it clean, but it is old and stained and chipped. The thermostat was coming off the wall (and needed instructions). The Mr Coffee had a rusty base and should have been replaced ages ago. While there was a washing machine, there were no laundry supplies. The windows were very dirty - like looking through a fog. The WiFi information was out of date. And so on . . . . .We did not contact the property manager because we were too discouraged by things that were not immediately fixable to bother with those that could have been.

This property is in the perfect location for walking to the beach to watch the sunset and accessible to many sights all with a 15-20 minute drive. We loved our stay! Would definitely come back!

My youngest son and I came down for his Spring Break and wanted a place my two older kids who live in SD could come stay with us. Wanted somewhere near the beach and this properties location was perfect.

Wonderful house in a fantastic neighborhood. The walk down to Sunset Cliffs is superlative and the SoCal vibes are real here.

The house was clean and very nice. The instructions about the house were not accurate. The wifi rourter is located on the piano in the living room. There is no piano in the house. Turn on the TV with the tall black remote. We never found the tall black remote. We tried to operate the TV from the controls on the side of the TV, but that definitely was an issue.

The property was located in a quiet neighborhood close to the ocean in Point Loma. The house had everything we needed. For the price of the rental I would have expected some working beach chairs and perhaps a beach wagon. Lots of cobwebs and spider webs that didn’t get cleaned. Internet was very slow. Only worked in main living room not in the bedrooms. Communication was slow in the beginning and then improved. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and the grill was a great addition. Thanks we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed staying here! The location was great. The house was extremely clean and excellently equipped with all that you need for an amazing stay. We love the backyard with the fire pit, two tables corn hole, and beautiful surroundings. The view is beautiful! The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Jacob was an amazing host. Excellent Communication and quick response time.

The home was absolutely amazing. From The view to the beach from the bedrooms, to the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The owners are also easy to work with and quick to respond if you reach out to them. They care about your stay and want to make sure you are being taken care of.

Great place and location ! Comfortable beds and outdoor seating areas! Well appointed kitchen . No complaints at all! Loved it!

My husband and I came to San Diego from Oregon with our son and my parents to visit the San Diego Zoo. We found this house in Sunset Cliffs and it did not disappoint! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the views of the ocean were absolutely beautiful from the deck off of the bedrooms! We appreciated the updated appliances, and the ample seating was definitely accommodating and comfy. Rich was a great host, he messaged us to let us know if we need anything at all they would be happy to help. We would rent this home again for sure, and recommend it to anyone.
