Ocean-view house with pool, hot tub, game room, balcony, deck, & beach access

The location was amazing, being across the street from the beach was awesome. We were given one large trash bag for the whole day which was unacceptable to us so we had to buy trash bags. We found long dark hairs 8 to 10 inches length of long dark female hair in the following places : the shared bathroom on the second floor in the shower, hair inside of two of the bath towels, and two pieces of long black hairs in the refrigerator that was empty and appeared to be clean until we found the hairs. I would recommend you make sure that your cleaning staff wears their hair back as one of the girls who greeted us when we’re leaving, had long black hair worn completely down. Or pulled back.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the property. Everything was clean. The rooms were comfortable. The views from the balconies were amazing. We really appreciated all the beach equipment provided, and also the games and puzzles. Our complaint is with Vacasa. When we arrived at the property, the code we were given for the front door was incorrect. It took us speaking to Vacasa and them having to send someone out to finally get in. Our other complaint with Vacasa is that the internet did not work. My husband was trying to work, but wasn’t able to. It was also raining the first day we were there and all we wanted to do was watch a movie, but couldn’t. Again, the house was amazing, but our experience with Vacasa was not.

The place was very well kept and well laid out. We loved it. The checkin process at 11:30 PM was clunky - the code didn't work. We resolved it over SMS in about 20 minutes but it was a cold 20 minutes in the howling wind.The round table by the pool table was sticky and not wiped down before we checked in - other than that the place was very clean and ready to go. Lovely house. Great location.Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay

Wonderful floorplan in this house which allows for ocean views from nearly every room, and separate areas where one can find their own personal private time to read or reflect. Loved the house, and definitely would like to rent again!

Great home for family vacation with a lot of amenities and centrally located to fun things to do. Heated pool, hot tub, elevator and dumb waiter were necessities to enjoying the view and access to the ocean/beach.

One street back from beach and access was easy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were very tastefully decorated. The pool was probably one of the nicest ever!

Great location. Close to beach. Wished we could have heated the pool. Were told they couldn’t until mid September. Overall good house but would be even better with updates.

This house was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! Very clean and spacious. The elevator and luggage lift were so nice and made carrying groceries and belongings so much easier. Pool area was nice and the beach was just a short walk. You just have to be careful at the beach access as it was a little steep if you were carrying items. Grocery store and shops were close by. Overall the best house we have ever stayed in Avon. I would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our vacation. Even when staying in, there is plenty to do and enjoy.
