Ocean View + Hot Tub + Beach Access + Pool Table + Fire Pit + Kids Playset

Easy access to the beach with amenities for the beach as well. Rooms were a good size and owner was easy to communicate with.

When we arrived the house was not clean, the floor was coming up/sinking underneath and the hot water did not work in the kitchen and bathrooms. Contacted owner who only was worried if the shower had hot water. Which it did. She stated she was traveling out of the country and would take care of these for the next guest. Not a care that we did not have any hot water to wash our hands and dishes. She suggested we put a rug in the middle of the walkway to cover up the messed up floor. The cargo lift did not work and the golf cart garage was filthy mold/smelly from the fridge for tiki bar. Grill grate is rested and not useful without grate covers. The towels have stains on them. The washing machine had mold in it. The couches and bar stools have stains all over them. House backs up to main highway. Lots of noise. Once we left we let the owners know again about our experience and they refunded our cleaning fee. She stated she was sorry we had to clean and that she was embarrassed by the conditions of the house. This house was not in rentable shape when we got there and we spent the first night cleaning and purchasing things she said were provided but not. I asked to resolve these issues with the owner she said she could not afford to compensate me and refused to talk with me. Contacted VRBO and they have opened a case. Not worth the money or the head ache. This property has many great things to offer but needs a lot of TLC.

Beautiful cabin very close to the beach. Even the accessories, bedding and wall decor were lovely beach themed items. We loved the entire cabin including the fire pit . Would definitely recommend!

Great short stay, super close to the beach. We took our lab and she had a fantastic time, along with our kids. Hot tub was low on water and took a long time to warm up ( it was cold and windy during our trip). House was clean, comfortable and we had fun with the pool table. We enjoyed having the bedroom smart tvs as well! We would definitely stay again!

This house was great for our big group especially because of how close to the beach it was. Owners were also incredibly helpful with any questions and quick with every response!

This house had it all. Location was perfect. We had great views of the gulf and such a short walk to the beach. Grandkids enjoyed numerous games of pool and multiple trips to the hot tub. The floor plan worked great for a family of sixteen. The youngest grandchild enjoyed all the sand toys that were available and the swing set out back. Lots of fun at night sitting around the fire pit. The home had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. This is a well maintained home and it was nice and clean when we arrived. Hope we can visit again soon.

We took a quick trip to the beach before Thanksgiving. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The house had everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub was great in the evenings. The lock was a bit tricky but it was communicated up front and took just an extra second to figure out. Blair responded quickly to messages. Great stay!

Loved the location. Literally a 2-minute walk to the beach. Stayed here with a group of 8 ladies, and it was the perfect size. Early October was still perfect weather, and the beach was not crowded at all. The reasons I'm giving this a 4-star:1. The check-in process was communicated, but the key was difficult to find. It gave instructions on where to look, but it was confusing and took us longer than expected to find it. 2. The door was difficult to lock. You had to push the handle so far up it felt like you were going to break it. That was communicated on how to lock the door, but it was difficult. I'm not sure if it needs to be fixed or if that is how is supposed to be because of hurricanes?3. The house was clean, but we did see a roach run across the floor once, and I did notice the light fixtures in the bathroom were very dusty.4. The listing says that all cookware/kitchenware is provided and fully stocked, but there were no sheet pans. We needed to cook breadsticks and cookies one night and realized there were no baking sheet pans and had to go purchase one.

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay! My twin sons were especially impressed because the trip was planned for their 37th birthday. My grandchildren played with the games provided by our host. The outdoor playground was a big hit! The water view from our deck was lovely. Our two small dogs had a great time too. We grilled burgers and hotdogs on the large grill provided. The sleeping accommodations were exactly as expected. We’re already planning our next stay!

We had an amazing stay at this Crystal Beach VRBO with our family of 16! The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked — perfect for a big group. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked all our meals with ease. There was plenty of seating for everyone, both inside and out.One thing that really impressed us was how responsive the hosts were. When we realized the TV wasn’t working properly, they replaced it right away — truly great hospitality!The short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth with kids and beach gear. The outdoor shower and downstairs area were perfect for rinsing off and relaxing after a day in the sun. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough good things about this one. The host is awesome with very detailed check in and check out procedures the views from the balcony are amazing especially in the mornings. The home had everything from an electric flat pan to make pancakes in the morning to all your beach necessities in the garage out side shower hoses to rinse things off including a downstairs restroom in the garage. We will definitely be regulars after our amazing trip.

This property exceeded all expectations. From the location, to the view, interior and exterior. This will be our rental home for every visit to Bolivar going forward.

The location of the house was great, just 3 houses from the beach. The house needs a deep cleaning and some repairs. The loungers in the description were broken, none were usable. Fire pit was great and we all had fun with the pool table.

The a/c was cold and the house was clean . We love the location and ease of getting to the beach. Only thing I would have changed would have been being able to use the closets in the king bedrooms. Other than that the place is amazing. We love the huge porch with ocean views.

Awesome home and walking distance to the beach!

If you are looking for a place just steps from the beach and the opportunity to truly unwind, this is it. Everything you need is here! Plenty of room to spread out, utensils, appliances, scenic views, and plenty of sun and surf. There are ammenties many do not have. The morning and evening views are spectacular! The breezes are plentiful. The host are prompt and polite. There was an AC issue our first day. Someone was out to take care of it in a very short while. It was so prompt, not even a hiccup for us. The beach was clean and water was cool, shells galore.

Great place for a perfect getaway weekend with family. Great accommodations for the whole family. Very clean and lots of conveniences that had that extra touch and thoughtfulness. Very close to beach too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend Casa De Teal Seal to anyone!

Great location, on the quiet end of the beach which was great. Very short walk to the beach. The picture I added is from the top balcony, to show how close the beach is to the house. The house in general was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The host is very responsive and handled all issues we had quickly. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

We traveled from different locations and this space offered everything. We enjoyed our time at the beach and outside, played some ball, got a small fire going, and tons of eating ! Lots of new family memories were created.

We hosted a group of high school seniors for their prom weekend. Everyone enjoyed the house and the extra amenities such as the fire ring and pool table. The how was spacious, plenty of beds for all the teens and close to the beach.

Wonderful stay . We had 15 people and it was plenty of room and lots to do to keep the kids entertained and having fun ! Fully furnished with everything needed for an awesome stay . Communication with owners was great also with quick response. We defiantly would come back again

This was our first time renting a beach cabin And let me tell you they have set the bar pretty high. Communication with the host was very fast when I had a questions to be answered.. When we first walked through the door we were very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of it. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and it was nice just to let the kids play and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with extra appliances to make cooking easier.. I would definitely recommend staying here… Pretty top-notch
