Ocean View Home with Rec Room Rock Wall and Private Hot Tub A Block From Beach

While trying to pack up and leave, we had 2 cars (1 parked on each side of us) watching the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and made us feel rushed. Check out time was 11 and they were there parked and watching since 10am. As we drove away, we saw people from both cars get out and start to walk towards the house.

Do not recommend this for anyone that has issues with steps. Access to beach to difficult for seniors to climb. Issues with doors and windows. Also deck had exposed screws and weak boards.

We arrived to a horrible odor upstairs. We tried just airing it out, but the stench was too powerful. We tried to get cleaners sent out, management was horribly unresponsive, but they eventually showed up and weren't able to do anything about the smell. We were then promised a steep discount/refund from an AGM who never called us back and is now seemingly completely ghosting all our efforts to contact them. Beyond the smell issue the photos on the listing must be at least 10-15 years old. The house is pretty dilapidated, which isn't necessarily a huge problem, just don't go in expecting the pristine conditions from the photograph. Also the mattresses were some of the least comfortable i've ever slept in. Real hospital grade stuff.

We had a blast with our large group. Lots of towels, which was awesome! Could’ve used more toilet paper. There weren’t clear check out instructions in the book, so we are hoping we did everything expected! Had to call the management company for the hot tub code. Awesome beach access and we had everything we needed!! Would stay there again!

The house was perfect! We had just enough space for everyone. There was plenty of area for parking, we loved the view of the ocean. This is our 2nd year at the coast during Christmas & it was everything we wanted. The only thing of concern was the coffee pot has a crack in it but, didn’t leak?!

Public beach access is right across the street and the walk into town is only about 5 minutes. The multiple bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make it comfortable for large groups or multiple families. Easy to travel to nearby towns of Manzanita or Tillamook. The upper deck is nice for beach gazing while the lower deck has the hot tub and a larger seating area.

Overall, a good property with a good location and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Kitchen reasonably equipped. The house was clean and the hot tub was a big hit with the children. The only negative was the living space was a little tight for a 5 bedroom house. One would expect a bigger living space for a 5 bedroom house.

Nice beach house seconds from the beach. Lots of room for guests, well stocked kitchen, and great deck for grilling and reading a book. We spent lots of time in the hot tub, which was very relaxing. Great house for family gatherings.

The house is a lot smaller than what the listing makes it seem. The rooms are not very large either, the listing says 5 rooms but it’s really more like 4.5 due to one of the “rooms” not having a door. The grill was too rusted so we were unable to use it. The biggest issue that we had with the house was the cleanliness of it. We brought our own disinfectant wipes (glad we did) and had to clean the restrooms and bedroom surfaces before we were able to use. The linens on the beds and the bundles that were there to use were also stained and stuck together in some areas (very gross). The good parts were the hot tub, the kitchen was a good size and it has a working washer and dryer. Overall, I wouldn’t come back to this property. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Everything was nice, no problems at all.

Great place. Checked in at 4:40 and cleaning crew was still there. No big deal. Had a great time.
