Ocean View Home with Pool in Gated Community - 1 Min Walk to Ocean

We enjoyed our time at the house so much (28 days). The bedrooms and beds were extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and had every amenity you could ever need or use. The communication with Andrew was over the top! Our family states this was the best vacation they have had. The downstairs was absolutely perfect for kids and parents wanting to hang out too and play games. I highly recommend this house! Being so close to the beach was an extra extra plus!! Andrew we appreciated you so much and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We love Destin and all the fun activities to do.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect with an ocean view. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. The teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room and game room.The only negative was the pool size. Having access to the community pool was helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean house and great host

We loved our mother/son spring break here. The 7 boys had the entire first floor to be all together and us moms had the rest lol. It was clean and Andrew was very responsive to any questions we had. The grill didn’t work for us but we used the broiler which was perfect. Close to the beach and the private gated community was just awesome.

Kitchen had everything and more than you need.

Everything was very good, except for the heat on the second floor. For some reason it stayed hot on the second floor. Just make sure you can do stairs, cause the kitchen is on the top floor. Love the fact the home is rgt across the street from the beach.

The home is in a great location with direct access to the beach. It was also very clean and offered spacious and comfortable rooms. The kids enjoyed the bunk/rec rooms and outdoor pool.Communication with Ryan and Andrew was excellent with questions answered quickly. We fully enjoyed our stay.

This home is absolutely STUNNING!!! One of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in. You will not be disappointed when you book this home!!! The walk to the beach is super easy and the neighborhood is very safe!! Andrew was amazing to work with and is excellent at communicating!! We will definitely be booking this home again!!

Great location, very clean home! Having someone come and help with checking in was awesome. Kitchen was stocked with anything you need to cook and be comfortable. The listing described the home perfectly. A few of the beach items need updating, but we made it work and had a great vacation.

This rental location was absolutely perfect! The management team was excellent. The house layout was not a good fit for our family. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor with one master bedroom. The 2nd floor was 3 bedrooms, and the basement was a beautiful bunk room where out kids stayed. Being so far away from our young kids was not ideal, and the stairs were an enormous chore all week long. The home is beautiful, and with older kids, the set up would have been nice. Great property overall!

House was better than advertised! Great location and wonderful hosts!

The bathroom doors were not working, shower was very slow, saw roaches and insects in the kitchen. The kitchen on the 3rd floor was also inconvenient for access. Also the bunk bed for kids was in the 1st floor whereas the rest of the floors were in 2nd and 3rd floors. So accessibility to monitor kids was difficult. The checkin time of 4 pm or checkout time at 10 AM could sometimes be challenging, but understandable if the host has to do a good job to clean the host before the next set of guests arrive. Overall for the above average price paid for this house, I would have expected a better experience.

We stayed at the home for my son’s wedding. It was perfect for both families to spend time together. Ryan and Andrew were very accommodating and always replied promptly with all our questions. The location is great, highly recommend!

The house was spacious and comfortable—plenty of room for our big family to relax without feeling crowded. The kid’s bunk room is unlike anything we’ve ever seen. We had 6 kids and each one had their own full sized bed and plenty of drawer space for their clothes and toys. Another highlight for our kids was the small private pool. We thought they’d prefer their time at the large, community pool (which was great) but they loved being able to hop into a pool anytime they wanted. The beach was literally steps away, and the views were breathtaking from sunrise to sunset. So close and convenient, one day our older boys were thirsty so a a quick run back to the house to grab more drinks — no hassle at all. We also loved how well-equipped the home was, pool toys, beach chairs, beach wagon, bikes, and towels. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.The location was also fantastic. A few of us early risers would take a 15 minute walk to Camille’s or Sandos (a brand-new coffee bar) every morning or bike to Bad-*** Coffee for coffee and pastries. Also, one morning on our bike ride we discovered Pascalli Kitchen right next door to BA Coffee, and they had some of the best beignets we’ve had outside of New Orleans! If you don’t mind the drive, Causeway Coffee had our favorite drinks of the week and Parlor Donuts had our favorite donuts. For dinner, the Crab Trap’s location couldn’t be better - just a walk across the street. I think after a collective vote this dinner was the overall winner, as well. Some others at the top of our list were Harbor Docks, Mimmo’s (Italian), Lost Pizza, and Anglers & Stewby’s (both a further drive to Okaloosa Island). This home is the PERFECT location! One minute walk to the white, sandy beach, and a two minute walk to the clubhouse. This home is well-equipped with everything you could ever need for your stay, including all kitchen gadgets and accessories. They thought of everything! Having access to the beach chairs and wagon to walk across to the beach was super helpful.The sunset views from the balcony were AMAZING! The only cons of this home: If you are traveling with elderly or physically challenged people, there are quite a few stairs. The kitchen and main family room are at the top of the house, on the third floor. Also, the pool is on the smaller side - not bad for a smaller family, but if you are traveling with more than 8 people, it may be slightly crowded. However, the huge pool at the clubhouse makes up for that! And since it’s right down the street, you can enjoy that, too! I would advise getting the pool heat in the cooler months, it does get a little chilly in the mornings and at night.I would recommend this home, it’s a 10/10!

Beautiful home! So much to do! The heated pool was amazing in the cold weather! The view of the sunset and gulf were beautiful! We had everything that we needed to make our stay feel like home away from home!

Beaches be Crazy was a perfect stay for my family of 11 during our recent trip to Destin. Each floor had plenty of space, indoor and outdoor, for us to gather, eat, play and relax. The home was clean and well-stocked with much appreciated amenities - beach towels for everyone, wagon to wheel chairs, coolers and toys to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, second fridge/downstairs wine bar, and arcade games for the kids, just to name a few! The kids' bunk room was perfect for the ultimate sleepover (and the safety alarms on the doors in the kids' bunk room leading to the pool area were much appreciated). House is just a short walk across the street to the beach, restaurants and more. We had a blast and can't wait to stay again!

Simply put, this home and the community are stunning and immaculately maintained. We stayed here during a hurricane evacuation and through the stress of what was happening back home, we were able to find peace in this home. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish and cooking utensil you will need, which was an unexpected bonus. Everything was very clean, and the property manager is superior with communication. From check-in to check-out, we could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend booking this property the next time you visit Destin!
