We are inboard on Ocean Drive and have two sets of French doors that open up onto a front balcony with peekaboo views of the beach, sounds of waves, and ocean breezes! Less than 50 feet away you can step onto the sand, and in under 200 feet, you are at the harbor and lookout point with a sidewalk and benches for sitting to enjoy sailboats and waves. There is also a protected “kiddie beach” only a short distance away.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, and each has a king-size bed and a shared luxury full bath. The gourmet kitchen is upstairs with a side balcony that has a BBQ and room for sitting. Downstairs is a master suite, family room, bedroom, and bathroom, which can be a private retreat for a second family. Both upstairs and downstairs living areas have pull-out sofas for extra guests and coffee tables that convert to desks for TV dinner seating.
When you are done at the beach or wandering around town, our quaint backyard has an outdoor shower with hot water to wash off sandy toes. The yard is big enough to sit and relax with outdoor couch seating, a fireplace table, a second BBQ, and a dining table to enjoy eating outside in your own outdoor space.
There is a two-car garage and room for three cars in the driveway, as well as street parking, and a beach access parking lot (which closes at sunset) is a very short walk away.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
