Hollywood Beach’s newest Luxury Beachfront Villa

This is an amazing property with beautiful ocean and sunset views. It was extremely comfortable and peaceful. It was clean and inviting. There were 10 in my group and we had plenty of space. It was easy to communicate with the host who provided prompt responses. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property for a relaxing get away.

Host was very responsive, respectful & flexible. Location of home is incredible. Home was beautiful and large enough for our family of 10. Plenty of parking.

Great location, easy check-in, exactly what we were looking for. The downstairs is very private and separate from the rest of the house which was an added bonus for our group.

This home doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful home with so much space and all the amenities. Well equipped kitchens, super comfy beds, The location is perfect- right on the beach- with 3 outside areas to sit, eat, recline. Restaurants, stores, bars, entertainment in walking distance! Owner was quick to respond to calls/texts/emails before, during and after our visit. Best place we ever rented and hope to go back!

Amazing property location, even for it being a 2 unit house. It was nice to have 2 fridges, coffee makers, twice as many dishes and cookware, many bathrooms to choose from, washer and dryer easily accessible in both units, etc etc. Really nice to have the downstairs unit because was perfect to separate the kids so they can sleep. Super quiet too. It also made it easier access for bathroom runs when out on the beach. I loved how the house provided all beach accessories and needs. From toys, to kites, boards, umbrellas and even chairs. The host is lovely, sweet and eager to please. Rita gave great easy check in and check out info. We loved the stay at the Beachfront Villa!

I gave our overall stay 3 stars because the house is broken up into 2 units. The upstairs unit and downstairs units are small. We thought we were getting a big house on the beach that had alot of room for two families. It was tight for the amount we paid. The location was great but that’s about it. We also rented in March when the weather is cooler but there was no discount offered. The heater kept turning way down at night and it would get freezing cold at night. We kept turning it back up and it would turn back down. It was a nest so maybe they set it to turn down at certain times but with a 5 month old baby sleeping in a pack n play it was waaaaay too cold. That was another point of frustration. They did give us an early check in and late checkout which was nice of them.

Super comfortable beds. Loved having TVs in every room. Beautiful views.

Enjoyed our downtime, great location and fantastic beach weather for winter. House was good for us and our three twenty something kids, easily could’ve added some friends. Property manager is super responsive and helpful.

We had a great time. House is beautiful. View is great. We had our daughter’s 13th birthday there. It was an all girl birthday party. I was the only adult who stayed with nine teenagers (12-14 ages). My husband stopped by to help with chores and left at night. Anything you need the house had it. The house owner Rita was super available anytime I had a question. Thank you Rita for making us to build wonderful memories at your house. My daughter found this place and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing family get together for my wife’s 60th bday house amazing and weather cooperates

If you want to be on the beach and within walking distance of eateries from good pizza to great grilled swordfish, this is the place. Even a decent brewpub nearby. Everybody in the family had a great time playing sand volleyball and football, boogie boarding and relaxing in the sun. The house didn't get 5 Stars in every category because of the following reasons. Clean but fit and finish not top notch: dual glazed window leakers, sand tar on the steps leading up to front door, clutter and old appliances stacked in the garage bay/game room, curtain pulls difficult to operate or broken. House advertised as luxury, but having a washer and dryer stacked in the guest bathroom isn't classy. Garbage disposal switch 5 feet from sink behind microwave. During our visit, downstairs garbage disposal had to be replaced and both coffee makers had to be replaced. Host was pleasant and easy to talk with and did her best to get things repaired or replaced.
