Ocean view home with a washer/dryer, hot tub, pool, & game room

We had a great time here! The house was clean! The communication was a little lacking! I never spoke with a person everything was done via e-mail! I was not sure what to do with trash or sheets. The patio under the house and pool patio was a great gathering place to play games or just relax with a book!! The beach was right across street and we had a beautiful view out the front of the house and a beautiful sunset over the marsh in the back! The only negative is that the mattresses are in need of replacement and the furniture needs a professional cleaning!! We would stay at this property again!

We loved the house, the pool and the short walk to the beach.

Nice location, a walk across the road to beach. Can see ocean from master bedroom. Home is very clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen! The only issues were lots of steps. Kitchen is on 3rd floor. Not ideal for older people or small kiddos. Our 2.5 yo grandson did okay with inside steps. Pool has a leak. We had to keep filling daily. It is not evaporation issue. No ants as reported in past reviews.

The outdoor space was the highlight: spacious outdoor shower, small pool, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor furniture to eat lunch in the shade. Additionally, we loved all the decks. The other pro was a very short walk to the beach! Biggest cons were that the fridge/freezer stopped working while we were there and the middle floor thermostat only worked intermittently. We submitted work orders, so hopefully those things will be fixed. Vacasa was helpful and responsive for these issues.

The location and amenities were A++ The house was clean, tastefully decorated and had great views in front and back. There are 29 steep steps to the great room so if you have old folks or physically challenged folks, this is not the place for you. We did have a battle with ants so this seems to be a recurring problem.

Our visit was great, the house was clean, just needs repainted in some areas. The king bed on the 3rd floor was comfortable. The pool had a leak somewhere and needed filled up about 5” every day. A walk across the road to the beach is convenient.

Very large home with everything you need for your family. Been here twice now. Will definitely be back next year.

We had a great beach week! We loved the proximity to the beach and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Everyone absolutely loved this place. The pool and got tub and outdoor spaces were what really drew us in. Furthermore, the living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to gather inside. Also, having the downstairs fridge made loading up for the beach and having drinks by the pool super easy. Can't say enough nice things about this place...easy beach access and wonderful views too!
