Great property with beautiful views!

Beautiful view and good space to stay. We stayed with 7 people total in the house. I wish there was more seating to hang out. The living room is a small couch and a few chairs. There’s definitely space for more seating. The floor was incredibly dirty when we arrived, our feet turned black. We had them come back to mop the next day. There was also dog poop smeared on the door and a wall. Very odd. Overall, it was a great place to stay just disappointed with the cleanliness as you pay quite a bit for cleaning fee and expect a clean space.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. After beach days with the kids the laundry room was a definite plus. We enjoyed our morning coffee and watching sunsets out on the deck at every chance we could. The views from this home were amazing and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed here last year and gave it 10 stars. Unfortunately, with this stay, I need to downgrade the rating. The main reason for the downgrade is that the bed in the master bedroom was replaced since our previous stay. My husband and I have never woke up so stiff and sore! Yes, the bed was easier to get into, but the new mattress was so uncomfortable. It is time to go through the house for regular repairs and maintenance. The spice drawer needs to be cleaned out and gone through. There were pepper corns, but no grinder and no regular pepper. I noticed when I went to run a bath for my son, that the guest bathtub had hair in it (more housekeeping). The blinds behind the couch and the window that opens in the master didn’t work. The handle on the window in the end bedroom that opens to the driveway fell off in my hand as the screws are striped.

Terrific house—well fitted-out, spacious, clean, and, of course, the view! We were especially appreciative of the well-equipped kitchen, so we could do some cooking for siblings for our mini-reunion. Thanks!

The view of the ocean and Twin Rocks is spectacular. That's what we were there for. The cleanliness of the house, not so spectacular. With the exception of the two kitchen cupboards which had stoneware sets, the cupboards were in disarray and items put away haphazardly. The fabric-lined wire bins in the master bathroom were extremely dusty and full of hair. Dishwasher tabs and dish soap were in limited quantity as were the washing machine tabs. Absolutely no cleaning supplies were available save for a pack of Brillo pads and 2 cans of oven cleaner. There were plenty of towels but they were fairly rough, sometimes frayed. As noted in an earlier review, the master shower leaked as there is a gap at the bottom of the door seal. That being said, the house is in a good location within just minutes of downtown. Note: it would be challenging to turn into the driveway with a SUV or truck and the garage width is narrow.

We truly appreciate the amazingly clean windows in the house in order to enjoy the incredible view! We thought the house was clean and we appreciate that there were no bugs in the house. The house was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. If we had to have any negatives, the master shower door leaks, the bed at the end of the hallway was very squeaky, and the electronic shades did not work – all very minor.

This the second time i have stayed at this location and the house is very comfortable and fits all our needs to have an enjoyable time at the beach.

The place exceeded my expectations. Stunning view and amazing decor. The only thing missing was any kitchen foil or plastic wrap which was very very minor but thought I would mention so housekeeping could add. Also I texted mgt and it took them 2 days to answer. Again , minor .
