The kitchen impresses with a large island seating six, a dining table for eight, crisp white lower cabinetry, soft ocean-blue upper cabinets, and stainless steel appliances throughout. When it's time to wind down, the first-floor media room offers comfortable seating and a TV, the perfect place to recharge after a long day on the beach.



Head upstairs to the third-floor living space, where a TV and foosball table keep the fun going long after the sun goes down, or utilize the fourth-floor office space - ideal for anyone working remotely or needing a quiet spot to get ready for an evening out. Outside, the private pool, ping pong table, and outdoor kitchen all take in stunning ocean views, giving your group the ultimate backdrop for making memories together. This home comfortably sleeps 24 guests between 7 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #6 includes two twin beds with twin trundles, plus two additional twin beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower.

• There are 6 parking spaces available in the driveway. No parking pass is required.

• Two washer/dryer sets are available for guest use, located on the second and third floors.
