This cozy home is just steps to the sandy beach and South Promenade near Surfer’s Cove. You’ll love the ocean views from the top floor and back deck used for gathering and outdoor BBQing. There's a game room in the basement with separate entry that has ping pong, foosball, a poker table, board games, a classic arcade table, a mini fridge, half-bath, and a den with TV. Lots of parking and enough space for 10 guests to spread out. It's a short walk to the grocery market where youcan buy supplies or wood for a beach bonfire.
