This house is perfectly located near the airport and a 10 minute walk down to the beach, with restaurants also within walking distance. The unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean stretching north and south as far as you can see is absolutely stunning. The view is from the front of the house, which has a long balcony off the living room and master. The master suite is gorgeous and the bathroom is very large and updated. The large kitchen is also very modern making this house a charming blend of older architecture with updated conveniences. The bar dividing the 2 living rooms is a fun touch. The big living room with extra large smart tv was a perfect gathering space and provided us an ideal place to show a slideshow to our gathering, which was a celebration of life. The host and house manager were both extremely accommodating, communicative, and kind. We felt we could not have made a better choice and this weekend rental was well worth the money.

The property was beautiful. Ocean view was breathtaking. The host was easy to communicate with. Property manager was efficient and very pleasant.Area is very hilly so if you have walking problems could be difficult. We loved the hills though and it added to the charm of the area.

Great location and spacious house. Enough bedding and towels. AC was nice and cold after a hot day at the beach. We loved hanging out on the front deck to watch the sunset.

I would give the location, house layout and service an A. I The amenities were a C. I have stayed at a number of properties in the area and generally the upkeep was maintained as if the owner lived there. This was not the case, Things llike pans, bathrooms, televisions, remotes and general upkeep were average.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Shyra, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all my questions, both before and during our visit. The views and location were fantastic—exactly what we were looking for—and the short, easy walk to the beach was awesome. While my family and I would happily consider returning to this house, there are a few minor areas for improvement. Given the cost and the way the property is marketed to be a luxury home for 15 guests, some amenities fell short of our expectations. For example, the kitchen lacked enough silverware/bowls for our group of 12. On the positive side, there were plenty of linens, which is always appreciated, but the bath towels were noticeably worn and not soft, replacing them is an easy fix. The 7 bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable, but there were only two standard pillows for the queen/king beds. Additional pillows would have been nice. There were no lamps in the bedrooms which would make it easier to read or move around at night without relying on the overhead ceiling lights. Adding some thoughtful bedroom decor could also make the bedrooms feel more inviting—like a true home away from home. The living/dining rooms and outdoor spaces were perfect and provided ample space to relax and enjoy our time together. With a few updates, this home is an exceptional getaway spot and a place for guests to happily return to!

The place is incredible. It's huge, has an amazing view, and the beach is very walkable. The hosts are very communicative. We had zero issues and would recommend to anyone. Maybe a suggestion to update the cornhole boards, but that's about it.

This was our second visit to this property and even better than we remember it. Excellent place for a family reunion, great location, property is well stocked and view is excellent. Will most likely be back!

This was everything it says online and some. Such a great location, great views, and the house itself is phenomenal. Owner and manager are wonderful and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!
