Stayed Sep 1, 2024We had such a nice stay at this house. It's older but well kept and the views of the water are amazing especially the deck of the bedroom on the second floor. There's something special about the Lords area and everybody's very friendly. This is probably our favorite rental house that we have ever done. If you want fancy this is not the place if you want nice Homie fun place to hang out then sign yourself up

Stayed Jun 24, 2023House is very spacious and open with amble/comfortable furniture. The views to inlet are simply amazing and there is so much wildlife to see! House was well stocked with necessities for bathroom and kitchen. Owner was very communicative and proactive in ensuring we had everything needed for our stay. This is our 2nd year in a row going to this property and are on track for our 3rd stay!

Stayed Sep 10, 2022This property has a well-stocked kitchen, lots of dishes and pots and pans. Bathrooms and Kitchen facilities good. The views of the coastal inlet on which is sits are lovely and lots of wildlife to see. Suggestions include: more lighting (especially for reading), instructions for operating Mitsubishi Heating/AC units, exhaust fan in 2nd floor bath.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022A comfortable house in a pretty area. Nice breezes and great views of the salt marsh with egrets, ducks and geese. Very quiet and relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Very friendly neighbors.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Clean, well stocked home. Very open living space and great view of marsh/ inlet….saw egrets, bunnies, deer and many varieties of birds. A small, private beach right around the corner makes for great floating and sunning! Easy ride to vineyards, shopping, coffee and downtown Mystic.

Stayed Aug 21, 2021Wonderful house and location. Lovely, peaceful neighborhood by the water. The house is well kept, clean, and in great condition. The kitchen and supplies were well stocked. My family had a great time, and the owners are readily available and helpful. We highly recommend it as your next vacation rental!
