We had a great time and the place was clean when we arrived. Beautiful location will stay again if back in New Smyrna.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here, and would definitely stay here again! I cannot recommend it enough, you won't regret it!! This was probably the best beach front property we've ever stayed at - wonderful location (quieter beach, not super touristy), great value for the price, and very clean/well decorated unit with quick/easy beach access.Our host, Sandy, was incredible. She was so nice, very responsive, and went out of her way to work with us when we asked if it would be possible to stay an extra day. She provided very helpful information before check-in, including detailed directions to the condo, and even restaurant recommendations. The unit itself is a two-story end unit. The first floor has the living room, pull out couch, one of the bathrooms, and the kitchen. The second floor has the two bedrooms and the other bathroom. Both floors have sliding glass doors with outdoor access/abilities to get to the pool/beach, and you are easily able to see the ocean from the top floor bedroom. The unit itself does not have a washer or dryer, but there are washers and dryers available on the property close to the front office. We personally didn't need this on our trip, but it's nice that it was there if needed! They also had some cleaning supplies available in the unit, which was wonderful as well.The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you'd need for your trip and beach items were also available for use (beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc).

Very comfortable stay. Plenty of room and nice porch area. Been coming here for years and I am never disappointed. Sandy is a pleasure to work with on enjoying our mini vacations.

Had a great stay with the family (of 4) for quick weekend beach trip. Close to town in NSB with a 'no car' stretch of beach that wasn't crowded at all, even over a summer weekend. Plenty of parking, decent size pool, and short walk & very easy access to the beach. Will definitely bookmark to stay again in the future!

Great property for the price just don't expect fancy. The grounds and pool are well maintained. Definitely more private location than say the heart of New Smyrna Beach or of course Daytona. Will return if we are able.

Our five night stay was perfection. This condo has everything you could need for the perfect beach vacation. Sandy is a wonderful host and responds to messages very promptly. I would definitely stay here again and again!

We were delighted with this lovely townhouse condo. It is privately situated at the end of the low rise building B with easy access to the pool, beach and parking lot. The condo is completely furnished with everything we needed including beach towels. Although we didnt cook, the fridge (with nice ice maker) was great for our beverages, fruit and leftovers. The large laundry room is conveniently located in the same building. Both bedrooms are upstairs with full bath. Another full bath is on first level. The gated pool has plenty of chairs and a covered gazebo. It was nice to sit by the pool and overlook the ocean. Since the public access is limited, the beach is virtually private. You cannot drive on this part of the beach. New Smryna is just 2 miles north with lots of locally owned restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops. Sandy was truly a wonderful host. She offered helpful suggestions and answered all questions promptly. Her instructions were perfect. We definately will return to Sandy's condo. Thanks much Sandy!

All was great, except the storm that had approached. We had to vacate earlier than planned to prepare for Hurricane Milton. Hoping to return soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is well represented by the pictures and description on Vrbo. Sandy and Lisa were both wonderful, friendly and easy to work with. The pool area is well-maintained and we were able to access the beach very easily from our Vrbo. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we would stay here again.

It was a very calm place to stay. The complex and amenities are very well-maintained.
