We always feel well tended to with GC Realty and we received superb and flawless service this visit as well. First time users of VayKLife equipment rental and it was flawless as well. We have no complaints on the property. Parking was a challenge but GC Realty provided options. The balcony views were our favorite and the beach access is unmatched. Allowing a golf cart was a big draw for us. All of the beds slept well. The king bedroom is spacious. The other bedrooms are tight. Decor is updated and everything is well maintained.

Clean, quiet, great location. Plan to rent again.

All appliances worked perfectly and were spotless. You will not find a place that sits closer to the beach in Garden City. Super easy beach access for trips back inside. The out door shower comes in very handy for washing off sand and salt. This is basically a beach house without the beach house price. Parking is tight but manageable. We hope to stay here again! Really enjoyed booking through Garden City Realty!

Approaching entrance door it is apparent that any insect or others can enter condo between bottom of door and door plate. A trim sweep must be applied. 2 coach roaches were caught during our stay, non reflective of the cleanliness of the condo. Sliding glass doors do not lock and this condo is directly oceanfront,so a safety concern. A moldy dirty plastic tube is there to act as a wedge but could easily be pushed apart with effort. Overall Garden City Realty is excellent and the unit is well equipped and quite nicely decorated. Value versus cost rated at a 7.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both bathtubs were dirty on arrival. Shower curtains hadn’t been cleaned or changed out in months. Several of the mattress protectors were disgusting with hair from previous tenants (I guess these aren’t washed between rentals???). There is an area to wash off sandy feet but you have to step directly back into the sand to access the stairs. Though I had several complaints with the cleanliness of the place, our experience as a family certainly outweighed the extra work I had to put in to clean the place.
