When we arrived, everything was spotless, and the view was absolutely amazing—we truly enjoyed that part of the experience.We did run into a few issues during the week, which we understand are more related to the homeowners and things that can happen over time. The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but your team responded immediately and had someone come out. Later that evening, a gentleman brought two portable AC units and a window unit, which definitely helped cool the main areas.However, the bunk room did not have an AC unit, and it became very hot, which resulted in the boys having to sleep on the sofa for a few nights.We also noticed a leak in the living room ceiling and contacted you right away. Again, your team was very responsive and sent someone out promptly. It was determined the issue was likely coming from the master shower, so to prevent further damage, we stopped using that shower for the remainder of the week. This meant everyone had to share one shower, which was manageable but did create some inconvenience.Despite these challenges, we made the best of the situation, and overall, the house itself was beautiful and we still had a great stay. We truly appreciate how quickly and professionally your team handled everything.

Linens, comforters/shams, & couches stained— did not look clean. Home did not smell great when we arrived.Cleanliness of property: appeared that rental was ‘lightly cleaned’. Garbage cans within home were not emptied (garbage on 2nd floor overflowing with feminine care product's, floors were not clean (hair, sand, dirt)- noticeable. Linens, comforter, & shams needed to be washed prior to use. Do to being on the beach would still recommend- just be prepared to do cleaning the day of your arrival.

There was lots of storage, which came in handy. Each deck had beautiful views of the beach, and the location was convenient. My only tiny nitpick is there was no outdoor hose or shower to clean off the cooler/equipment.

Parking was hard as there is only room for one vehicle. The unit has been knocked off it foundation and is lopsided in several areas that can make you trip.Lastly, the beach and sanitation crews came almost every morning before dawn making a lot of noise with their large vehicles and back up warning sounds and lights. Woke everyone up just about every morning!!

We all fell in love with the bottom porch with its swing and the top deck with its rocking chairs. The bottom porch turned into “the gathering place”. The view was amazing. Would highly recommend.

The back balcony overlooks the beach and is shaded most of the day.
