Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy of securing rental & beach gear was great! Proximity & location to the beach was exceptional.Property condition was ok. Linens, comforters/shams, & couches stained— did not look clean. Home did not smell great when we arrived.Cleanliness of property: appeared that rental was ‘lightly cleaned’. Garbage cans within home were not emptied (garbage on 2nd floor overflowing with feminine care product's, floors were not clean (hair, sand, dirt)- noticeable. Linens, comforter, & shams needed to be washed prior to use. Do to being on the beach would still recommend- just be prepared to do cleaning the day of your arrival.

It was as described, well-stocked and clean. There was lots of storage, which came in handy. Each deck had beautiful views of the beach, and the location was convenient. My only tiny nitpick is there was no outdoor hose or shower to clean off the cooler/equipment.

It fix our needs and we were right at the entry to the beach. Unit was very nice and very well stocked. Parking was hard as there is only room for one vehicle. The unit has been knocked off it foundation and is lopsided in several areas that can make you trip.Lastly, the beach and sanitation crews came almost every morning before dawn making a lot of noise with their large vehicles and back up warning sounds and lights. Woke everyone up just about every morning!!

We all fell in love with the bottom porch with its swing and the top deck with its rocking chairs. The bottom porch turned into “the gathering place”. The view was amazing. Would highly recommend.

One of the major pluses was that the beach is right out the back of the unit. The back balcony overlooks the beach and is shaded most of the day.
