Ocean Therapy: Luxe 4-Story Beachfront w/ Sky Deck

When entering the house you feel like you're almost on top of the water. Great views from almost every room. Only a couple of considerations: the open floor plan means no sound barrier for the bedrooms, and the house is right on the main road (like all on this stretch), so there is a bit of car noise. I loved the large sofa, and the table easily holds 10. Not to mention the patio and large outdoor table. Spacious bedrooms, nice decor. Beach towels and chairs provided! Location is good - less than 10 minutes to grocery store and close to St Augustine.

The home has amazing ocean views from every room, outdoor furniture was very clean and super comfortable. The house had everything we needed and the location close to St. Augustine can't be beat. All of this right on a great beach makes for a incredible vacation!

Ocean Therapy is really a spectacular house and location. The pictures of the house on the website are stunning, and in person it's even more incredible, with breathtaking views of the ocean wherever you look. The pristine beach is at your feet, and the house very comfortably accommodated 12 people. The host is responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed. St. Augustine is a very short ride down the road. My friends and I had a great time there, and will never forget the beauty of this place.

This is a fabulous home with an unbeatable location. Waterfront property facing on to mile after mile of clean flat sand and gentle surf. Minutes from St Augustine. Well-appointed and well-mainteined property with a fabulous Great Room, two top-of-the-house bedrooms with perfect views, and all the bedrooms are bright and chamingly decorated.Our host, Armando, was engaged and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay perfect!We benefited greatly from our four days of Ocean Therapy!

Armando is an amazing host and very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The home is truly special and our group of 10 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beach and the views. We had everything we needed! Super clean and well decorated too!

Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent—they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We had a multigenerational family staying together, and the elevator was a perfect convenience for my aging parents.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay at Ocean Therapy again.

This house is amazing. We had folks of all ages and everyone had a great time. I had knee surgery and have difficulty with stairs currently so the elevator was incredibly helpful. We will be staying there again soon!

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. All the amenities you could need for the beach were provided. Plenty of space for everyone. Armando was responsive and the property manager Kevin was quick to respond to a couple minor issues. The area is nice and only 15 mins to St Augustine.

This was a family vacation…the home was just beautiful and the location was perfect. This was our first VRBO experience and Armando is the perfect host…he took care of everything and felt he really cared about us having a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough about this property and our experience with both Armando and Kevin the property manager. House was spotless and well set up when we arrived. Had an issue with the WIFI/cable and Kevin came right over and fixed it. Super friendly and great to deal with. House is amazing, just as the pictures show. The multiple levels, all have balaconies. The back paver patio was a perfect place to hang out and access the beach all day. You really have the beach mostly to yourself. Incredibly peaceful (we're used to crowded long island beaches). Furniture both inside an out is top quality. Drive to downtown St. Augustine is very easy and only 10-15 minutes. It's a really fun city to visit with a great restaurant/bar selection. Publix food shopping is 5 minutes away and very convenient. This was our first ever beach vactation and we couldn't have been happier. 10 out of 10. We plan on returning.

10/10 recommend!! Ocean Therapy is a beautiful home, exactly as it is described and pictured in the listing (or better!). The home has everything you need from dishes to cooking staples, beach toys, toiletries, ample beach towels and more. The beach is a great place to lay out or hunt for shells (you'll find more treasures than you can possibly carry!). The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms are huge. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset...incredible views!! During our stay there was a tropical storm and the owner called to make sure we were prepared and okay, which was incredibly thoughtful. This house is a FORTRESS and we felt safe and secure the entire time. Location is PERFECT. A short trip to the grocery store and all the attractions of St. Augustine, yet an extremely private beach and neighborhood. Best of both world.

We have been going to the beach as a family for the last 20 years but as our family has grown we could no longer fit in one condo. We decided to try a house on the beach and boy did we hit the jackpot. This place absolutely met all our comfort needs and the beach was right off the back deck. Highly recommend you give this place a try. Also give Armando 5 stars for his quick responses to all our questions as we booked it and to the end of our visit.

Fabulous windows overlooking the ocean. Five bedrooms with private bathrooms making the house a great place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. Second time here with our family. Just lovely.
