Ocean Splendor at The Opus

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Our school made it to world archery. My family and another family wanted to make it a bit of a vacation. The condo was spacious and met all our needs. The location was outstanding. Right on the beach, ground floor. Even the beach wasn’t as congested as a lot of the beaches in the area. The host messaged regularly to ensure everything was going well. I didn’t have to reach out to them, as there were no issues. Everything about the condo was explained accurately! If our school makes it back to worlds next year, I’ll be hoping to rebook this condo!

The condo unit was perfect for our family which includes 4 kids. Being on the first floor was a big advantage and the pool right outside the balcony was awesome. The unit had lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The beach front was easy access on and off, limited stairs (most of the access was a gentle ramp). The kids loved getting ice cream from the ice cream truck on the beach...an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids.

Perfect place right on the beach and loved the walk out to the pool! Place was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items, bath and beach towels. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved that we could walk right out to pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view. Owners were accommodating too!

We had an absolutely excellent day at this vacation condo. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The space was bright and welcoming, and the amenities were exactly what we needed for a perfect getaway. It was quiet, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

Our group of 6 stayed here for 5 nights and everyone was totally impressed with the property. Absolutely spotless and exactly like the photos, way larger than we thought it would be, and well appointed with everything you could need on a short vacation. It also has safe dedicated basement parking if you have a rental car and is very close to the speedway if you're in town for an event. Scott was extremely communicative before we got there helping me to resolve an issue with payment and responded promptly to a query I had while I was there. I will definitely be booking here again if returning to Daytona Beach

It was exactly what we needed to spend quality time together and relax our bodies and our mind.

The unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. When we learned the pool would be closed for two days during our four day stay he responded immediately and offered to move us to another (more expensive) nearby property. We would definitely rent from him again!

We booked a stay for a few nights during our kids spring break. It was a great stay. The condo was lovely. Lots of room, great layout of the condo. It was decorated very nicely. It was great to be right by the pool and hot tub. Lovely view of the beach and ocean. Close to lots of things to do, including grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Location and accomodations were perfect for our group. We loved the heated pool and hot tub access. Only con would be that there were no seasonings, oil, or cooking supplies in the kitchen.

This condo was excellent and the manager was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend!
