Ocean Ridge - New Construction, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, Ocean Front

This property was amazing! We had plenty of room for our entire family and had a wonderful Christmas holiday!! The game room was an added bonus. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only bummer was the hot tub stopped working and it was Christmas week. But we will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this property for your trip!

In a great location with ample bedrooms, game room, clean , hot tub, good technology in tvs and Sonos sound system. My concerns were the stove was broken and I couldn’t cook some of my Thanksgiving dishes, there was no chest of drawers in o e if the bedrooms so no place to unpack clothes and we killed four or five cockroaches in the second floor bathrooms.

The home was gorgeous, spacious & like new, beds were comfy, & the sunset & sunrise views were breathtaking! Location prefect as well. The host Tracey was amazing!

Everything was just perfect! The place was decorated beautifully, and the views were stunning. Also very clean. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool,hot tub and the easy access to the beach. Loved it so much that I already have reservations for next year.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! My mom found some great seashells and that was the main goal of this trip. We were able to bring the fur babies and I will forever be so so thankful for that. The experience with them at the beach was amazing. The elevator was perfect for my parents as they are older so the steps were tricky. The view from all the balcony’s were so beautiful. My nephews soaked up all the game time in the garage in between wanting to be in the pool and on the beach. Thank you so much for allowing us into your beautiful home and making memories with our family.

The house was perfect for our kids and grandkids (total of 14). Everything was in good working order and they provided beach chairs and everything needed to enjoy the beach and pool.

property was nice!! Few suggestions related to storage in the kitchen. It seems they have so many glasses there is no storage for any food/pantry items. Need regular coffee cups the little dainty fancy cups are not user friendly for a beach house. Overall was a great house we enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year.

With 4 artists in our group, we were thrilled to see the original paintings hanging on the walls - some by our artist friends! The home is stunning, comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was well appointed; the bedrooms were spread out and good sizes to accommodate all, and the view was spectacular. Perfect for creating more paintings! The location is convenient to restaurants, activities and the bridge over to Morehead City.

The bedrooms are spread across 2 levels allowing for extra noise reduction and privacy. The place was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our visit and would consider coming again!

The property was wonderful with amazing views and entertainment for all ages. The property was well stocked with beach/pool accessories and all the luxuries of home, in the kitchen. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. We paid to heat the pool (October) and it was well worth the money. The only downside is all sound echos to the beach and front yard, so quiet time had to start early (before 9:30PM on a Saturday night) due to neighbors. Overall a fantastic stay and would book again.

We had a wonderful time in Atlantic Beach. We found the home to have everything we needed. The location was wonderful for kids to get back and forth from the beach. The view and the deck were our favorite!
