Ocean Reef pool and cabana home in Cinnamon Beach- A must stay!

We had a wonderful time and Cinnamon Beach Vacations took care of everything. We called at 5:00 on Friday afternoon to say that the downstairs wasn't cooling as well as it should. They responded quickly and had someone there and it fixed by 7:30! Our home was wonderful and very clean! As a grandmother this is a must!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

The community and amenities at the community are A. The house...is ok. Good location to pools and beach access. But for the cost/night, they should be able to provide tissues and actual hand soap...just felt kind of cheap. The house was clean but the beach gear is totally rusted and gross and we didn't use it. The pool is nice but without loungers back there, not really someplace to spend a lot of time. Overall...great community but we would pick a different house if we ever wanted to go back.

It was so perfect for accommodating our big crew where we had four kids under the age of four. Having the splash pad, activity center, pool and beach close by kept them super busy. We loved the layout of the house as everyone had space to relax but then we gathered for every meal on the second floor. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property! No issues prior, during or after the rental. The management company was so easy to work with and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We made so many wonderful memories.

Great space with lots of room to spread out when you are not all gathering on them main floor. House shows the normal wear and tear of any rental property, but Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals has a super responsive staff to respond to any needs. Absolutely recommend renting a cabana from Dylan at Coastal Cabanas.. He can also provide you with tips on navigating the rocks, getting to the awesome sandbar, and other water actives. Super helpful! We pay for the week and he has us set up every morning!Community is very safe but you should be careful with the rocks. Pay attention to the tides.

We had the luxury of our own pool and hot tub which was especially nice on windy days with the protection of the walls. The location is convenient to the entire Resort, close to the beach and community pools. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the 2nd floor porch. There house is huge and very well laid out. The only fault we noticed was the outdoor fireplace. It roars when you light it and may need a tune-up. We did not use it after we discovered this.

This is a nice 3 story home with an elevator that worked well for us. The photos are accurate except for the ones suggesting a beach view, which is now blocked by a newer home in the beachfront lot across the street. This was our only disappointment. The beach is a short walk across the street and over the dunes walkway. Or you can go to the beachside clubhouse a few doors down and across the dunes. The beach here is rocky and not deep, which makes low tide the best time for a walk. The house is in very good condition and met all of our needs otherwise. The lakeside clubhouse pool with kiddie pool was great for the toddler in our group.

Beautiful home with everything we needed! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Lots of fridge space between kitchen fridge, garage fridge, and bar fridge off living room. Beach is no longer seen from the home as another home was built blocking its direct view, but beach access is a very short walk (2 mins)- it’s so close that we went back and forth from the beach to use the bathroom since the Atlantic was too cold. Would stay again!

This is a lovely house with it's own screened in area with a pool and nice sitting area. The kids loved the pool! We also enjoyed the community pools as well. Beds were super comfortable too! Not a far walk to the beach either!

The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The private pool was a bonus in the evenings and the large family room was perfect. The location to the beach and the community pools was great. We had a wonderful week.

The house was wonderful. Lots of space. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Thermostats on each of the 3 floors was really good. And the elevator made moving luggage a breeze. Easy access to the beach. A nice pool at the house and access to 2 more great pools down the street. We loved it.

The 3rd floor had a Reno and the wet br area was replaced with a closet. The thermostat that was on the wall was located in the dresser drawer so the temperature on this floor is controlled by the 2nd floor thermostat. After the first night of being too hot or too cold, we figured out that keeping the thermostat at a a reasonable temperature and setting the central fan to stay on overnight kept the room comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen items could use a few upgrades. We planned to cook every night so we brought our own cookie sheets and our own frying pan. There are plenty of dinner and serving dishes. The property management team is very easy to work with and housekeeping responded immodestly to our lack of kitchen towels. We hope to rent this property again.
