We are ecstatic to start renting our newly built, decorator-inspired property, which offers two luxurious units—A and B—each filled with all the modern comforts you could want, along with thoughtful extras to elevate your stay. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, unwinding in the jacuzzi, or heading out to explore thevibrant local scene, this beachside retreat has it all for a memorable getaway.

Modern Comforts: Each unit is designed with your comfort in mind. High-quality mattresses, large-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and premium Paul Mitchell products in the bathrooms ensure you feel pampered throughout your stay. Beachside Bliss: Just a quick 2-minute stroll and you’re on the sandy shores of Indian Rocks Beach! Grab the units beach wagon stocked with chairs, an umbrella, and towels, and head out for a day of fun in the sun. When you’re ready to head back, rinse off and relax in style.

Pool & Spa: Take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the spa, or fire up the BBQ grill for a perfect beachside cookout. The outdoor space also features comfortable seating and dining areas, perfect for those lazy, sun-soaked afternoons. These amenities are shared only with the other townhouse on the property.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Feeling like a home-cooked meal Our fully stocked kitchen has you covered! Equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and all the essentials, it’s perfect for whipping a gourmet dinner or a quick snack.

Convenient & Accessible: Parking is a breeze with free spaces available under the units and in the driveway. Ocean Pearl is also incredibly convenient for elder couples or anyone with mobility needs, thanks to the elevator that makes accessing each level effortless. (Elevator currently Out of order)

Booking Details: Our rentals are available on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, with potential exceptions during the off-season. The base rate covers up to 4 guests, with a small additional charge of $20 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to a maximum of 9 guests. This allows us to offer great value for smaller groups!

Indian Rocks Beach is a very nice place, and has excellent beaches! The small beach town has a nice mixture of restaurants, beaches, parks, and other amenities for both tourists and residents.
The beaches are clean, with beautiful white sand, and easy, available parking. Indian Rocks Beach feels like a warm and friendly local beach, as opposed to a tourist-centric beach like some others in the region.
