We had a wonderful family Christmas week!The house is comfortable and homey and a cook’s delight with both indoor and outdoor kitchens.The host had thought of everything!We were amazed by visiting wildlife…ducks, kookaburras, cockatoos, blue tongues and Eastern water monitors.Only a short stroll to a safe beach and a short drive to some serious surf!The perfect beach house!

Showed up on a 40 degree day with the aircon on and the cricket, anticipating our arrival. Hosts were also very responsive with any questions we had.

Great place to stay. Pet friendly, our dog and family enjoyed the access to beach for walks and swims. Backyard and front years perfect for leaving dog when we went out.So many comfortable areas to eat chat as family or be alone and read a book. Perfect family get away

The location is superb, the back garden is idyllic. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Very well equipped and clean premises

This is the perfect beachside house for a relaxing break. We loved our stay here a few years ago and again this time. Plenty of space with two lounge areas and bathrooms, a deck out front and fabulous deck and garden at the rear leading down to the creek. The rear outdoor space was the highlight for us, gathering in the well set up large covered area. We had options to dine indoors, on the deck or on the grass. Fantastic outside barbecue area with everything you need, including fridge, freezer and microwave. A few highlights were the short walk to the beach for a dip or night walk. Some of the group took the canoe out on the creek. Definitely pet and family friendly as well, and the welcome box of chocolates on arrival was appreciated.

Fantastic weekend with family, friends and the dogs. House exactly as described. Kids loved the canoe. Dog friendly beach across the car park was great. Only issue is we couldn’t get the upstairs aircon on so the bunk bed room was a little hot and stuffy. Would definitely be coming back again soon.

There was no hot tub- but it is listed in Stayz, the place smelt badly of urine when we arrived, there was no kettle in the kitchen, the bathroom door lock did not close properly, the rules for the property were spelt out to us multiple times as if we did not read or digest them the first time. All this was disappointing for a high-priced Venue.

Everything about the place was amazing. The location was perfect just a step to the beach. Our dog loved it so much that we struggled to get him in the car to go home. There was everything you needed in the house. We would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely book again.

Property is located across the road from the beach which allows dogs. Exceptional views and access. Lake access from the back yard. Fully fenced and dog friendly. The property offers everything you need, from outdoor kitchen and Bbq to covered patio for relaxing. Well worth the visit!

Stayed 2 nights, great location direct access to beach. Comfortable beds with good quality linen. Outdoor entertaining area was well equipped we took advantage of gas barbecue. The children were well catered for including a high chair for baby.It’s an ideal weekend getaway, just 1.5 hours in traffic from Sydney. We could have happily stayed longer & will keep in mind for future school holidays.

Wonderful eight nights. Would recommend to anyone

We had a beautiful stay over the Christmas holidays with our family and pets. There was plenty of space for all our teenage kids upstairs with 3 great sized bedrooms and their own living room and bathroom. The view to the beach from upstairs was stunning!We stayed downstairs and had our own bedroom with sliding door access to outside and 1 minute walk to the beach. Enough space for everyone and peace and quiet away from the kids.The only downside is the indoor kitchen which is tiny, however the bonus was less cooking inside which means less mess! We did majority of our cooking outside in the massive outdoor kitchen area with BBQ fridge and everything you could need. There was a little bit of dust and the house could use a thorough clean but assume this was because of christmas period and lots of guests staying back to back.Overall i would definitely recommend this home for large families with pets who want to enjoy the lovely central coast. We've already booked our second stay.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us :)

Location was excellent and even on the rainy days we could look out to the beach from the upstairs area. My dogs loved it. We had a lovely stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for all of us. Would book again

Beautiful relaxing stay. Everything you need, fantastic location, walk across the road to the beach. No waves and dogs allowed off leash which was perfect for our group. Can walk to the flags with surf which our teens did to body board. Gorgeous Tranquil backyard with a beautiful view of the creek. Kids loved using the canoe to paddle around, and we loved the outdoor kitchen. The downstairs bedroom and open plan bathroom this was perfect for our daughter with mobility issues. Host was very responsive to any queries we had.

The property is an older style house with very modest kitchen. The BBQ outside doesn’t cook evenly and could use some maintenance. We had a great week and the location is just a short walk to the beach. We particularly appreciated it being a pet friendly home. Hosts made sure we were looked after
