After making your reservation, we will send you a link to your very own Guest Portal. This Guest Portal is like a boarding pass that can be saved to your iOS or Android wallet, making your check-in process a breeze! The Guest Portal will enable you to check-in and out, and will give you a unique door code to enter the property 24 hours before check-in. It will also give you the ability to enjoy add ons such as additional cleaning during your stay, purchase early check-in and late checkout, as well as the convenience of booking a number of other services.
Here are the most common charges to be aware of:
-Security deposit hold of $500 (released within 7 days after checkout)
-Optional early check-in of $150 (to check-in as early as 1pm)
-Optional late checkout of $150 (to check out as late as 1pm)
-Option to heat pool $50/day (let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated)
RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. The tenants shall have no more than 7 (seven) persons reside or sleep on the premises. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Tenant.
3. No subletting to others.
4. The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are NOT allowed.
8. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
9. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping or touch-up service is available for purchase through a Guest Portal--a link to the Guest Portal is shared upon booking confirmation. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
10. Pool: Children not permitted in pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. The heater is already set and temperature is fixed.
11. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless;
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted.
-Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
12. Pest control/ destructive insects: If the house must be evacuated because it has to be treated urgently against a pest/insect infestation, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the treatment is done.
-Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the treatment.
No compensation may be claimed by tenant.
