Ocean Oasis - ocean views, beach to front and pool

A truly relaxing home in a Blue ribbon location of Jan Juc, at the very gateway of the Great Ocean Road. Our oasis boasts an amazing ocean view, rural views to the north, a pool to laze by, a surf break across the road and a cliff top walking track that is a must, which leads you to Bells beach to the right and Torquay to the left.
Our home is unique, upstairs feels more like a Swiss Chalet than a typical beach home. Sit and admire the views front and back, walk across the road to a localsurf break, or simply sit by the pool and relax. And if you have any energy left at the end of the day you can play with the kids in the front yard on the trampoline provided for your enjoyment. For family fun, you can go for a stroll along the walking track along the ocean or take a short stroll down the road to funky cafes and our local tavern for a snack or dinner. At night, you can cosy up on the couch in front of the gas log fire. Just enjoy the unique family fun our home can offer. We have just finished the mammoth task of renovating downstairs, next phase is to finish upstairs, but we need a rest before we tackle that, possibly a job to do once we move back to our lovely home.

Things to note and House Rules!!

Nothing is off limits in the home, other than storage cupboards for cleaning and replenishments for the home. This is not a shared home, you have it all to yourself.
I am happy to interact based on your preference and your needs. As a house host, I am happy to share and chat, but at the same time I respect and I am mindful of both the privacy of my guests and the respect given to our home.

A strict no party or event policy. I have great neighbours and a home that we love and cherish, hence expect others to respect this also.

Main bedroom is upstairs - 1 x QB- sleeps 2
2nd Bedroom - downstairs 1 x QB - sleeps 2
3rd Bedroom - downstairs 1 x QB - sleeps 2
4th Bedroom - downstairs 1 x DB - sleeps 2
Sleeps 8 in total

I would expect that you treat and respect our home as if it were your own. You must leave it in the condition that it was found. Strictly no smoking inside or pets allowed. Please take out all rubbish on departure. Rubbish is collected Thursdays, collection of rubbish is published in the house. Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned, otherwise an additional fee of $50.00 will be charged. When you depart turn off all lights and appliances are turned off and all windows and doors closed and locked where applicable for security purposes. Thank you in advance.
