Located across the street from the beach and beach access. Kitchen was well equipped. Large family room with plenty of seating. Perfect porches with comfortable sitting on the front and back. Wine/drink fridge and ice maker were nice additions. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, otherwise we loved our stay.

The only thing I would recommend is an outside shower or hose off area to rinse off from the beach. Other than that we cannot wait to stay again next year!!

It’s beautiful and very private. The house having an elevator was a huge plus and really helped not having to haul all the luggage up all the steps.

The only issues of our trip were the TV in the living room, although we didn't watch much TV, and that the AC upstairs didn't cool quite as much as we'd like. However,the location, house, pool, and everything else was wonderful.

Also we asked to rent this property for next year an earlier week but were told the rates had not be set. We have always been able to do this in the past. All in all we had a wonderful week and vacation rental experience.

Stove top was not working normally. Elevator was not working. King MB right sink not draining.
