Welcome to Ocean Grove - a relaxed, character-filled coastal home just moments from the beach.



Named for its lush outdoor setting and a much-loved fruiting avocado tree, “The Grove” captures the feel of this home perfectly - green, easygoing, and made for slow, sun-filled days.



Inside, the home spans two levels with multiple areas to unwind. The main living space is warm and inviting, featuring unique movie-style lounge seating that naturally draws everyone together - perfect for long chats, board games, or relaxed evenings. There’s intentionally no TV in this space, encouraging connection and proper downtime, while a separate TV is set up in the kids’ hangout zone for when it’s needed.



A bar-leaner dining area keeps things social and easy. In cooler months, the indoor fireplace becomes the heart of the home, while a heat pump and fans keep things comfortable through the rest of the year.



A real highlight is the internal garage, cleverly set up as an additional hangout zone. Perfect for kids or teens, it offers a separate space to relax, play, or wind down after a day at the beach.



Outdoors, there’s just as much to enjoy. A sunny balcony, outdoor seating, and BBQ area create the perfect setting for long afternoons and easy evenings. After a swim or surf, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling back in. At the centre of it all, the home’s iconic fruiting tree adds a small but memorable touch guests always come back to.



The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedding includes a super king, a queen, a single with a trundler, and two king singles, plus a smaller short double that’s best suited to children rather than adults. One of the bedrooms opens out to the balcony, adding a great sense of space and fresh air.



Location-wise, you’re just a short stroll to the beach and close to one of the Mount’s favourite local pockets - Hart Street. Known for its relaxed surf vibe, it’s where you’ll find a coffee caravan right across from the sand - an easy morning ritual. Nearby, you’ll also have access to New World, great local cafes, Fife Lane for long lunches or dinners, and the Mount skate park to keep the kids entertained year-round.



This isn’t a polished, cookie-cutter stay - it’s better than that. It’s relaxed, a little quirky, and full of personality. The kind of place where sandy feet are welcome, meals stretch into the evening, and days unfold without a plan.



House Rules:



- Booking guests must be aged 25 years or over

- Strictly no parties, gatherings or events

- Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am

- Pets are allowed only upon negotiation and prior approval: one small, non-shedding dog permitted. Dogs must be house-trained, at least 2 years old, and must not be left unattended. A small fee applies.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
