Ocean Front! Step Straight Out The Door Onto The Sand! Hot Tub! Dog Friendly!

The house was the best for our family of 7 adults. Celebrations:1. Each person/couple had their own space to sleep and even had their own couples bathrooms. (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs.)2. While the view of the beach wasn’t the best, the access to the beach was the best. A short walk and there you were. 3. The hot tub was warm and perfect. 4. The furniture, lighting, and ease of the spaces was perfection. Down falls. 1. The stove is an induction stove that requires weight to cook on. The large fry pan wasn’t heavy enough to trigger the sensory so we couldn’t use it. They had a cast iron, but it was a bit rusty and we had to season it before using it. (Good thing I know how and had enough butter to do it.)2. The dryer ruined several pieces of our clothing by getting stuck in the tumbler. We had noticed that the curtains in several rooms had the same wear and black oil staining. So the problem had to be known by Sweethomes and wasn’t addressed or a warning wasn’t announced. (Very frustrating and expensive if I can’t get the black marks off.)Summing up our stay:The absolute best. Quiet and comfortable. We hope to come again.

This is a really great rental. We were a group of 8 friends celebrating a birthday and the house and space was absolutely perfect.The fact that each room has a king sized bed was definitely a big plus. Ping pong and shuffle board was also a nice touch. House was very clean too.

No, the ocean was not visible unless you went to the corner of the house, but it had a nice view of the bridge. The hot tub was wonderful

Great location just steps from a fairly secluded stretch of beach. Good communication up to, and through the stay. Property was nice and clean and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was very convenient.

The house was older than we expected. The freezer and microwave were dirty. There was dirt in the sheets in the master bedroom. The stove didnt work unless you used a really heavy pan on it. The location was great but other than that the property was very disappointing, especially for 1,300 per night!

An absolutely wonderful property that worked perfectly for a long weekend in conjunction with my daughter’s graduation from Oregon State. The host communicated thoroughly and kept us in the loop on everything. We highly recommend and would love to come back in the future.

Very nice to be so close to the beach

The house was perfect for our stay! It was very nice…and very clean!! I was worried about it being “pet friendly”, as we don’t have pets. The only way to tell there had ever been dogs in the house was a pet bowl and a “dogs welcome” pillow the owners have in the house. The house was very clean…very comfortable…and the views were great. Wonderful location…and quiet! We will stay there again!

This home has amazing views of the bridge and bay from the front of the home and limited views of the ocean from the back of the home. Plenty of space for large parties and easy drive into Newport or Waldport. The hot tub was splendid as well!

Lovely location with a short trail to the beach. Rooms were comfortable, great room with an amazing view and kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for a multi-generation family getaway. Would be great for a group of friends too.

Stayed for 3 nights for college guys reunion to attend UNLV game at Oregon St. (GO REBELS). House was just what we needed. Great views, well stocked and very spacious. No issues- except coffee pot was broken, but after texting mgmt company- they delivered a brand new one in the box within the hour. Very quick response. Beach was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with an extremely well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and great location. Hot tub was ready to go. Little more attention needed to cleaning up dog hair from previous guests

Everything about our stay was fantastic from initial point of contact and conversation to and through check out. The space and layout was exactly what we needed for the 6 team members. We can't wait to come back next year!
