Ocean Front. Private Beach, 5 BR, 3 1/2 Bath, grill

The pictures do not show the true beauty of this private beach front home. It was amazing how quick a month flew by. This home is beautiful, comfortable, clean and safe!! The owners are there 24/7 to answer any questions you may have (which are not many as the house is easy to navigate). You should not have any reservations about renting this home. It turned out to be the best summer ever!

The whole family had a magical stay at this beach house, our dogs were welcomed as well. The set up of this house is just perfect for the beach, there is a hot shower down stairs, to wash off all the sand before entering the house on the upper level. The beach is clean and quiet, enjoyed only by the residents . Our dogs could run and swim and meet other friendly dogs on the beach. The water was warm and swimmable for hours. The house is situated right on the beach, with your own access, we enjoyed it in our Pj's early in the morning, and our kids loved going on walks right before bed to look for baby turtles. We were lucky enough to see a turtle come out of the ocean and lay her eggs on the beach before returning to the ocean. The house is equipped with stand up paddle boards, a two man kayak beach, chairs, umbrellas and bikes. We all got our exercise on the beach, walking along the long stretch of beach meeting and greeting like minded people. There is a bike path along A1a that goes all the way past Johns Island and beyond. It's a beautiful ride. The house has a great view of the beach and ocean from the kitchen and living areas. The hosts were very pleasant, the house was very clean, we used their cleaning people weekly, the beds were made and the sheets were changed, they do the laundry as well as keep the windows clean. Thank you Gene and Ange for allowing my husband to use your fishing gear. It was a memorable stay.

We spent a month in this beautiful and comfortable home. Right on the fabulous beach with a pool. Our family loved it so much that every one of them asked if we could come back next year. The owners, the Mitchell’s, are meticulous homeowners and we arrived to a beautiful, clean, completely provisioned house that we immediately felt at home in. It is pet friendly and we quickly found a fabulous dog park in Vero Beach. Although it is in a small gated neighborhood, it is nestled on a corner lot and it’s very private. Very roomy and a wonderful upper level deck with views galore from almost every room. Loved it.
