PACIFIC HAVEN, This Ocean Front Spacious three bedroom two and half bath home, features a large living room looking right out at the ocean. Make memories while watching the waves and enjoying this tastefully decorated beach-themed home. The large family room is set up to take in the waves with a large bayed picture window while watching that big game in the company of your entire group. The dining room has seating for the whole group to gather end enjoy meals together at the same time. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor featuring a large master bedroom with a king bed and its own private bath plus a nice comfortable chair you can sneak away to for a quiet place to read a book and enjoy the view of the ocean. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a TV. The third bedroom is set up with two twin beds and a full-size bed. Now on to the basement, it is set up with a TV, a Foosball table, Air Hockey Table. Dogs welcome, sorry no cats allowed.

Note: The fireplaces are for decor only, they do not function.

    We've stayed in this house several times. It's like staying in grandma's house, if grandma lived in a big old house right on the Promenade. It's an older house, but it has been well maintained. It has great bones and everything works. The location and the size is perfect for us and our two dogs. We get up in the morning and head straight out to the beach for our morning walk. Then we hang out in the living room, reading, and looking out the bay window at the ocean and the promenade until it's time to walk the dogs again. We'll be back next fall. We had a few minor issues this time and the management team responded within minutes and took care of everything. Thanks!

    Nice old house right on the Prom. The three of us rattled around in the big house, walked on the beach, and enjoyed a relaxing few days with our dog. Everyone had a great time.
