Ocean Front On The Sand Of Salisbury Beach!!!

Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. We had an issue where the shower handle broke and he had a plumber by to take care of it quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful ocean views from rooms.Sunrises were incredible.The moon in evening reflecting on ocean was gorgeous.Very clean.Property manager was responsive to all questions.

House was immaculate. Had everything you could want especially the kitchen. All appliances were up-to-date K cup machine and toaster oven added plus.! All the beds, linens and towels. Everything was there for our use as advertised. The sunrise is amazing from the porch or the beach! I can’t say enough about the backyard, relaxing on the chairs walks on the beach and the crazy storm working & watching the waves from indoors. The views from the 2 ocean side bedrooms were phenomenal. I cannot wait to book this place again Off-season October was beautiful for our anniversary!

Great house with a great location. We had three families with a total of five kids and it was a perfect spot with plenty of space for all of us if you’re willing to share rooms. One bathroom was difficult at times but that’s posted in the listing so we knew what we were getting into. The downstairs was great and again, plenty of space for all of us. The yard was so fun to have right there and nice. The access to the beach being just feet from the house made the trip perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I reached out to the host via the app the day of check in and then got a text from the host which was much easier and faster to communicate. The host was great with questions and resolving a few minor issues in a timely manner (the grill was out of propane and refilled, couldn’t find some household items but it was resolved quickly). Would stay here again. The actual town could use some updates, but if you’re looking for a place to stay and spend quality time at the beach, this is it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Salisbury. We are used to Rehoboth, so this was a much smaller boardwalk area. The actual town could use some updating, but the beach access from the house itself was wonderful. We unfortunately had bad luck with weather but you cannot beat the location to walk outside on sand. It is a multi family unit but this one faces the beach so you feel privately separated. We booked it last minute (3 weeks prior to going) so I did not pay attn to the fact that it’s a 1 bath home. That was a personal overlook. We had 10 of us. We made it work just fine, but could be tricky with a teen if we had been traveling with one. The actual bedrooms are great (3 sets of bunk beds) and 2 queen rooms. Jonathan was easy to communicate with.We did not have good luck with the washer/dryer (it’s all in 1), our clothes were not drying. Jonathan did offer to come, but I declined being we were leaving soon. I’m sure he will fix that before another family stays! Kitchen has a lot of stocked items, and board games for families. The homemade icecream on the small boardwalk is phenom & the kids had fun at joes arcade although it’s a bit run down. Drive 10 mins away for dining and shopping galore. Also there is a great coffee shop on the boardwalk as well that we enjoyed every morning.

I completely recommend this listing. We had nothing but an absolutely gorgeous time. The beach is beautiful and clean, low tide is warm and playful, everything was clean and worked great, quiet neighbors, beautiful sun rises from your porch - and downtown has the best homemade ice cream I have had. The owner was on his A communication game. I never felt left in the dark. It was gorgeous!

This property was just what we needed. Jonathan was very easy to work with. Home was clean. Sunrises were stunning and the stars at night were awesone. I would rent this property again

The property is beautiful and clean. It has a fully stocked kitchen, there was even a pot large enough to cook 3 lobsters at a time. The dishwasher leaks a bit but we just put a towel in front of it. It was a real treat waking up and looking out the window to the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves hitting the beach.

This location was perfect for our family of 9! From Grandpa to the teenage grandkids everyone was happy!!! We'll definitely be back!

Perfectly located on a clean and not too busy beach. Ideal spot for a family vacation - just as indicated and with easy parking. We stayed a week with our extended family. Kids (B/w 3 and 9) had an amazing time. House only has one bathroom and no washing machine (although there is a laundromat in town just a few minutes away by car), but it is the only constructive feedback I can share… I would definitely recommend to anyone and would return if it’s available next time we are coming to the area. Thank you for the great memories!!
