Ocean Front Ocean View, With Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub

Convenient location to beach, food, shopping and other various sights to see in area! Very nice property great views of ocean - would highly recommend!

The beach view was perfect! The kids had an amazing time in the pool and being a quick walk to the ocean waves was awesome. Loved the private bathrooms for each bedroom. Plenty of room to store the groceries and plenty of space in the refrigerator. Wish there had been more garbage bags provided. You will need to bring all your own personal items like shampoo, etc, as no amenities were provided other than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and hand soap. No real communication from the host other than the email with the access codes, but we had no issues with access. The garage space was great and we had plenty of room for the 3 cars. The garage door itself was a bit tricky to operate and stuck open periodically. The front door also didn't always latch and would open on its own. Would recommend this space for groups of 10.

The house layout and location were awesome. The house needs a face-lift and some maintenance upgrades. Bedrooms don't have much space to unpack and story clothes and such.Basic amenities like kleenex, enough dishes and glasses, pantry essentials, etc were seriously lacking.Pool and hot tub were awesome but the deck surface around the pool is in serious disrepair; splinters abound.Nice house but the price didn't match what we got. We rented another house 300 feet away for less and it was much nicer and better equipped. Owner is excellent and very responsive. Great house, just needs some work.

The host is very hospitable. He responds quickly. There were a few hiccups with our stay that were fixed right away. Things happen it’s just how the host responds to them that make it exceptional! Great great place overall! Loved the location. Loved the beach access. The pool was fantastic. The bottom floor was garage and pool access. The second level is 3 bedrooms. Two rooms with two twins each on the ocean side that share a bath. There is also a queen room with its own bath. 3rd floor is all kitchen, dining room, and living room. The 4th level is the king room facing the ocean and another queen room. Both top floors have private baths. There is a keurig and a coffee maker! Loved that and used both! We are thinking about another trip there already!!

The location was spectacular! The pool and hot tub were an awesome amenity. We had lots of room in the house for gathering, the beach was great, restaurants, everything.

Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable, great location to food and groceries and shopping. This was our 2 year staying here and we will be booking another week later this year.

This was a wonderful property for a girls winter getaway. Everything was as described and host was easy to contact for questions. Already talking about booking for next year.

This house is an awesome location & setup for the beach. We enjoyed the views and being to walk right out to the sand.

The listing and photos matched, Host was very pleasant to speak with and get back to you in a timely manner. All rooms were spacious even the two twin bedrooms. They had plenty of storage in closets . Very clean and well stocked, would love to stay again.

Plenty of room and beds, all in working order. Everything as expected. Stefan called/texted a couple times just to make sure all is well. Ocean was still warm enough for us to swim even from Oct 6-9. Sand was nice, beautiful sunsets. One warning to folks not used to this area...the cops will ticket you for driving over 35 mph.

We chose to cancel our trip at the last minute because of tropical storm Imelda. Our host was very communicative and accommodating. We plan to book again and look forward to enjoying the property.

Great location and great house

Not that clean, beds/sheets/pillows were not very comfortable, moldy and had many cockroaches running around.Property needed some maintenance and upgrades.Location was good and views were phenomenal

The place was exactly like the pictures. Many extras included like pool floats, games and chairs for the beach. It was clean and in a great location. The host was amazing. I've found my new favorite place to stay in Atlantic Beach!

We had a great time on our family vacation. This beach home was perfect. Very comfortable. Has everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is perfect! Sitting out on the deck overlooking the beautiful beach was very relaxing. The pool was great. We will definitely book again.

Stefan is a great host and I would absolutely stay at more of his properties moving forward. He already had a new ice maker that we utilized extensively after a previous review mentioned wanting a maker. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed for a group for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids loved watching the volleyball on the beach in the evenings. I do wish there was more space to unpack in rooms other than the main king, and that there was a bedroom with porch access other than the ones with twin beds and the kings, both of the queens are at the front of the house away from the ocean. Everything felt clean. We did have to re dry all the towel upon arrival. Good stay on the whole and appreciate being able to rent this home! Happy vacationing.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great! I would highly recommend this vacation property.

The location of Palm V was perfect. However we did not know ice is considered an amenity. When we contacted the owner why there were 4 plastic ice trays vs an ice maker…, he stated an ice maker is an amenity that was not listed. We have never considered ice to be an amenity anywhere. 12 people with 4 ice trays was not sufficient. So naturally we had to make other arrangements to supplement ice.Very surprised I now need to look for ice maker/refrigerator as an amenity for future rentals with VRBO. Also couches were very soiled and worn.

Although the weather did not cooperate for our weeklong stay, we still had a wonderful time. The home is amazing! Great location. Internet was difficult due to multiple storms but Stephan responded quickly. He was very helpful and easy to access. Spectrum services were limited with recovery but storms were frequent. Only suggestion is to bring your own pillow. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Perfect family vacation.

Wonderful home. It was just as described. We were there with our adult children and grandkids. It was a wonderful place for families. Pool, hot tub and views were great.

In the center if all the action. Walkable to great restaurants and able to watch all activities on the beach from porches.

Our family is from New Hampshire and we were in need of some warm weather and sunshine. This location was just perfect for our needs, heated pool and hot tub along with a beachfront view of the ocean. We were able to dine at several wonderful restaurants in the area and visit the beautiful town of Beaufort.Great times were had by all.

Great house right on the beach. Host was accessible and responsive. Kids loved the heated pool. It is close to numerous restaurants and there is Italian ice, donut shop, gift shop about 50 steps from the house. Would definitely stay again!

On the beach, the boardwalk, and in the heart of restaurants, beach shops, & bars. Property has 4 floors & the elevator was very helpful! Heated pool & hot tub. Perfect vacation spot! We also visited the aquarium & parks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome - right on the beach with gorgeous views! Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms for a large family.
