Ocean Front House Sits Right on a Sandy Beach!

The home is lovely, well equipped and welcoming. We had littles with us and there was more baby equipment than we had anticipated. There are baby gates and highchair booster seats available along with the pack and play.We had a great holiday week! Thank you!

Our stay was delightful! Four adults and 3 children and we had loads of space. Our grandsons loved the pool table and foosball along with rhe stacks of games in the closet. Our time on the beach was soooo convenient…stepped out the back door and onto the sand. Perfect place fir a family vacation!

Wonderful stay. Check in was simple and timely. Parking was easy. Kitchen was small but well stocked for a VRBO. Very comfortable for 5 people. Would def stay again if returning to the area

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean, the spaces were well suited to a large group, and the location in the beach was ideal! The property management company was very responsive and helpful to issues we had about parking, which I appreciated. Things to know - the kitchen is very well-equipped but tight…it’s really a 2-3 person kitchen max. Also having the one main full bathroom upstairs (other than the master) required some planning but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We’ll be back!

My friends and their two dogs loved this house and access to the beach. I loved the ocean view from the second floor. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything someone on vacation would need and more. The bathrooms were beautiful as well and had more than enough soft, plush towels. I wish we lived closer to be able to rent regularly.

The house was amazing and the proximity to the beach made the whole trip!

Wonderfully simple access to the beach for kids dogs and adults. Loved all of the kitchenware and appliances. We cooked every day! We will be back.

We had a lovely time at this home. Super comfortable. Great sun porches with beautiful upstairs view. Very well stocked kitchen. The dunes were fun for the kids to play. A hot tub would have made it perfect!

We celebrated retirement, college graduation, and birth of a new grand baby!! This home provided everything we needed!!!

This home had a beautiful view of the ocean and dunes. Step out the back door onto the sand. Owners take great care and have great taste in modern design and fun decor. Loved this house, it was awesome. Didn’t want to leave. ?

The house was perfect for my elderly parents, my 1-year-old grandson, and everyone in between. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and serving dishes we needed to cook at home. The dog-friendly home is right on the beach so dog walks were easy and abundant. Groceries are better purchased in Newport but it's a short drive. Easy in and easy out stay—great clear communication. If I had to look for a negative it would be the deep clean on furniture and under is past due. But that is being picky because it did not affect how we relaxed or spent our time. It's a top-tier cost for location but not for furnishings.

Our complete family of 6 adults enjoyed the HUGE beach which was nearly private. Lots of room for puzzles and card games. View was fantastic however you have to walk 100 yards or so to the freezing Pacific Ocean. The beach is pristine. The kitchen and tv are dated but work well enough! We had a great time in this house!

This home was great for our group. Had private areas for two of our group to attend online work meetings, beach toys for the kids, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quick walk down to the beach, sand right out of the back door for kids to play in, area for an evening campfire, and more. Everyone in our group of 6 enjoyed it!

Everything was perfect. Very well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc for the kitchen. Bedrooms comfortable and living room spacious and was able to seat our big group. The view and location spectacular!
