Beautiful house, awesome view, great for our large group. Easy entertaining. Indoor/outdoor dining. Host has provided lots of information on the home and has reasonable expectations. We had a great time

Extra clean! Extra comfortable! Was a perfect property for the family to gather for a mini reunion. No one wanted to leave. The place has everything you need for a beach stay. Look forward to returning again.

It is a beautiful place. This is our second stay. It’s a beautiful home, a great neighborhood and a very relaxing stay. Lots to do and wonderful restaurants nearby. The whole family enjoyed it. David is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend!

This beach home was the perfect vacation rental for our family. Directly on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. The home was very clean and equipped with anything you could think of. The kitchen was simply amazing!! More than enough room for our family of 11 and 2 fur babies. David was the most gracious host and more than accommodating. By far our new favorite vacation home. The house was beautiful and very clean. We had multigenerational family in the house and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner was as very quick to respond to any communication. We loved our week in paradise!

This is the best house we have stayed at in New Smyrna Beach - and we have been vacationing there for 20years. House provided everything you need for beach day. Honestly- don’t waste your car space on beach items! We never even got ours out of the truck. House had ample beach towels and bath towels. We had four different aged couples at the house with kids and everyone had a great time.

Perfect beach access from back door. Owner was very responsive. Appreciated the bikes, water toys, supplies etc. that made it feel less like a rental and more like a home. We would stay again!

Great location! House was clean and had everything you needed to stay for the week. The kids enjoyed the bikes, surf boards, and the beach all week! We will be back!

This is a beautiful home with a view and deck that never disappoints! The house is spacious with open spaces and a kitchen that lacks in nothing! Beautiful appliances and stocked with anything you think you might need. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet with no through traffic. David was very quick to respond, not that we needed anything! Would love to return!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us this past week! Our family had an amazing time. The house was so spacious,clean, and stocked with many amenities and appliances. The views of the beach were gorgeous and it was only a few steps away. We appreciated the many amenities, such as bicycles, beach chairs, and linens, which made packing super easy on our end. Rental was very comfortable and we enjoyed the easy beach access plus our own private beach area Being next to a public access it could be busy at times but there was still plenty of beach space.

This house had above and beyond everything to offer. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Plenty of room for a large family. So close to the beach which was perfect for my elderly mother so she could just sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from the porch. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved this house, beach front, plenty of room for all 10 of us, beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for adults and kids. Dave the owner was quick to reply and so kind and helpful! Would highly recommend and hope we can go back in the future!
