Ocean Front Home! Spacious private home on large beachfront lot. Sleeps 2-12

The property is beautiful, home was spacious, even for our family of 12. Loved the appliances and double island in the kitchen made cooking a breeze. The owners were very gracious with sharing their bikes,kayaks, boogie boards, and all the beach gear you would ever need. Having two washers and dryers were a definite plus. Our only complaint was public beach access being so close and no see-ums on a couple of evenings.

We were so excited when we found this house! The location was perfect—right on the beach with no need to worry about parking. One of our favorite features was the private outdoor shower, which made it easy to rinse off after spending time in the sand.The owners went above and beyond by providing everything we needed for the beach, including toys, boogie boards, chairs, and towels. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The owner responded in a timely manner whenever we had questions and was very easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We had a group of nine people, and there was still plenty of room. The large kitchen made it easy for everyone to gather, cook, and spend time together. The three bathrooms were a huge plus, giving everyone their own space and making mornings much easier.The patio was amazing and quickly became one of our favorite places to relax. As an added bonus, we were able to see three rocket launches during our stay, which was an incredible experience and something we’ll never forget!The house is located right next to the beach access road, but that was not an issue for us at all. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this house again if we return to the area. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The ocean views are wonderful, upper and lower decks, lots of cushions for outdoor furniture. House is clean, kitchen has everything you need. Just pack your clothes and swimsuit. We hope to return again.

Kind and responsive host. Excellent location. Loved the view of the ocean. Plenty of room for family members. Love the main open concept kitchen and living area. Loved the washer and dryer onsite. Would stay again! Only recommendation is more thorough cleaning and if possible to have the master rug professionally cleaned or removed.

Extra clean! Extra comfortable! Was a perfect property for the family to gather for a mini reunion. No one wanted to leave. The place has everything you need for a beach stay. Look forward to returning again.

It is a beautiful place. This is our second stay. It’s a beautiful home, a great neighborhood and a very relaxing stay. Lots to do and wonderful restaurants nearby. The whole family enjoyed it. David is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend!

This beach home was the perfect vacation rental for our family. Directly on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. The home was very clean and equipped with anything you could think of. The kitchen was simply amazing!! More than enough room for our family of 11 and 2 fur babies. David was the most gracious host and more than accommodating. By far our new favorite vacation home. The house was beautiful and very clean. We had multigenerational family in the house and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner was as very quick to respond to any communication. We loved our week in paradise!

This is the best house we have stayed at in New Smyrna Beach - and we have been vacationing there for 20years. House provided everything you need for beach day. Honestly- don’t waste your car space on beach items! We never even got ours out of the truck. House had ample beach towels and bath towels. We had four different aged couples at the house with kids and everyone had a great time.

Perfect beach access from back door. Owner was very responsive. Appreciated the bikes, water toys, supplies etc. that made it feel less like a rental and more like a home. We would stay again!

This is a beautiful home with a view and deck that never disappoints! The house is spacious with open spaces and a kitchen that lacks in nothing! Beautiful appliances and stocked with anything you think you might need. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet with no through traffic. David was very quick to respond, not that we needed anything! Would love to return!
