BEACHTOPIA at Seaside Beach: Just Listed For Summer: You are going to love the North townhouse at Beachtopia and its unbeatable views of the Pacific Ocean. The North unit offers an updated airy tranquil feel with almost completely new fresh surfaces throughout. The master bedroom has a King, the 2nd room has a King and a Twin bed. From the imported Italian tile to the new quartz countertop and hardwood flooring Beachtopia offers an amazing retreat feel from the hustle and bussle of the real world! Best of all the distance from this property to the sand is so close you can watch the kids build castles while cooking delicious meals in your fully equipped kitchen. Or grill (May - Oct) and relax in the great patio area while the waves crash just over your shoulder. With downtown fun just a short stroll from the house you will easily be able to explore all that Seaside has to offer. This unit is available separate from the south side in July and outside of major Holidays and summer. We are sorry the fireplace does not work.

    Very clean! Great check in directions. Two adults, 4 kids, lots of room. Washer and dryer were awesome to have. Access through a garage which helped with the sand and rain on our shoes to avoid a big mess. Lots of towels, and the hole was stocked with kitchen supplies.

    If you want an amazing view with accessibility to the beach and town, this is the place to be! Our family loved to be able to walk 5 minutes to town, or 2 minutes to the beach. The house was great for the 5 of us (3 kids). The only thing we had hoped for is more pots and pans in the kitchen. We like to cook and found it difficult because of the lack of cookware. Other than that, it was awesome!.

    There's nothing spectacular about the home outside of the location, but the location is amazing. I was a little let down that the listing clearly states house but this is a 2-plex condo with very thin walls between you and the neighbor. The view is amazing and within walking distance to anything you want to see in Seaside. the beach is steps away and the view form the CONDO is amazing. We enjoyed our stay, but for the money spent, I would pick another place next time.

    Walkable to town and beach. Large bedrooms. Owner bedroom has fabulous view of ocean. Very clean and well stocked. Living room was smaller than I thought it would be. All in all a very nice property.

    We really enjoyed our family stay and it was the perfect location to access the beach and all the local sites. The unit was very clean, more so than any beach location we have ever rented before! The only negative that we experienced was not being able to open the window in the master bedroom, as we love listening to the ocean at night. In fact, really all the windows that can be opened in this unit need some serious mechanical intervention. But other than this fairy minor issue, we would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to anyone else!

    We had a great time. The unit is small however there was only three of us so it was good. It is a duplex, which I was unaware of when I rented it. Fortunately no one was using the other unit. Very clean and well equipped and very convenient to the beach and downtown.
