BEACHTOPIA at Seaside Beach: OCEAN FRONT- Both Units Just Listed For Summer: You are going to love the town houses Beachtopia and the unbeatable views from both units. Enjoy the comfortable warm traditional furnishings in the south unit while the second north unit offers an updated airy tranquil feel. From the imported Italian tile to the new quartz countertop and hardwood flooring in the north unit to the home style feel of the warm colors and surfaces in the south unit there is an unwind space for every taste at Beachtopia! Best of all the distance from this property to the sand is so close you can watch the kids build castles while cooking a delicious meal in both of your two fully equipped kitchens. Or grill and relax in the great patio area while the waves crash just over your shoulder. With downtown fun just a short stroll from the house you will easily be able to explore all that Seaside has to offer. Available as separate units outside of major Holidays and August, don't pass on reserving this home as there are very few properties that accommodate this many people while being ocean front on the prom. We are sorry the fireplaces do not work.

    Units were clean the bathrooms were plenty. It was truely a grandma's house, with good & a few things not so good. Good things clean units, 3 and one half baths, close walking to town and beach, great locking system on doors, extra beach chairs. The less fortunate things were that all the large front windows were picture windows, so not so easy to cool the place down with ocean breezes. I really missed that since i always run too warm It would have been nice to utilize the basement. The furniture was dated but servicable. Some of the side windows were hard to open and close. I also thought it was overpriced for the lack of those items. Nevertheless we did have a fun family vacation

    Our group had a wonderful time. The rental was clean and lots of space to visit. The only problem was the sleeping situation. We are older women and sleeping on the roll-a-way beds was not good. It would be fine for kids. We expected at least true twin beds to sleep on. It sleeps 9 comfortably. We do like the company though because they were good to work with.

    Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. It is nice to not have to get in car and then try to find parking, you can just walk and get your exercise in. Set up is lovely for multi family use between the 2 units with 2 kitchens and 4 bath

    A great duplex on the promenade! We loved the location and the garage spaces. South unit didn’t have a working coffee maker which we noted on the checkin document, but we had one in the north unit so no big deal! They graciously allowed early checkin to one of the units which was much appreciated.
