Location is great

We had a great stay on Moonstone Beach. The location simply cannot be beat right on the boardwalk and just steps down to the water. The views from the house (especially the master upstairs) are breathtaking. We were two adults and two young children and the house was perfect for us - plenty of space to spread out for some quiet and gathering spaces to all come back together. House was nicely decorated and everything was in good condition. Very well appointed kitchen - we like to cook and the house had a huge variety of pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. Tigg was a great host and was very responsive if there was anything we needed. We will definitely be back and hope to spend many more summers at this great house!

Amazing home and view. We couldn't have picked a more perfect home and location.

Myself, my daughter and her two adult sons stayed for a week. House was great - offered plenty of options for entertainment but we were there for the ocean! Hiked, visited Hearst Castle, watched seals, boys surfed. Lots of beach time.

Wonderful house for a family gathering. We had four generations for a long weekend and each family had a floor of their own. Great location and views, and Tigg is a superior hostess.

The house and location are great. A stonesthrow from the beach. Quiet considering hotels on either side. Two large family rooms and Two large patios

Everything was very nice for our family of family of 5, we just loved the place. We would come back in a heartbeat. Just so many things to love. These are just a few of them or this post would be 10 pages long. ? The beds were so nice and big, we all slept really well. The closets again with the space just amazing with hangers provided and shelves to store other items. Plenty of room in the 3 bathrooms to place anything you need in there. Even though they already had hand soap, and shower supplies. Very clean bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out. The Pac-Man machine downstairs was a blast, everyone took a turn to see who did the best, I believe I took number 1. It also had so many other games . The house stayed cool or hot depending on how you wanted it. That is not always something that happens in big houses. All it took was just opening up a few windows or turning on the fireplace. The deck in the front of the house we spent so many house out there. Just watching the waves, surfers, people walking by, or this little crow he stopped by every morning to say hi. The back deck was a perfect place for the kids to play. My mom loved the kitchen very spacious. ,
