Stayed May 26, 2026We had a wonderful vacation in this beach house. The walk to the beach is short and not difficult. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach itself was not crowded and easy to enjoy. We loved it, and would certainly stay again!

Stayed May 9, 2026Beautiful spot, sand a great space to relax for a few days. I had some difficulty with communication with the owners, probably due my own ineptness, but also for me it was due to the VRBO's wall of separation between the client and property owners.This was my fourth or fifth booking through VRBO and I must say by far the most difficult. I will probably not book through them again. The communication is simply too convoluted, frustrating, and difficult. Once finally in direct contact with the property owner, everything went smoothly. Thank you, Jim!

We had some confusion with the linens and they were so quick to respond and offer a solution! It’s well appointed and has everything you would need to host a large family. Well appointed yet so comfortable!!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Big roomy house. Outstanding view of the ocean. My favorite spot was the front porch with the rocking chairs facing the beach. Very quick walk to the beach. This house has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024This home is the perfect beach cottage. We loved the historic feel of the original paneling, the expansive covered porch with all the rocking chairs you could ever need. Perfect view of the ocean. Daily dolphin sightings. Just a few steps to the beach. This cottage is well equipped. We hosted a Thanksgiving Dinner enjoyed by all. The cottage is very well taken care of. Beds were so comfortable. We will be back.
