Proximity to the pier, restaurants and shops was great! You can't get any closer to the ocean. It is worth noting that the beach is gone with each high tide. The condition of the inside of the property is poor. Carpets in severe need of replacing, the ceiling had holes. Overall, the location made up for this, but updates could make this property perfect!

Carpet was wet in many spots the whole week. Refrigerator had duct tape holding the door shelf on.

Stayed Jun 13, 2020If accommodations do not matter but you want to be on the water this is your place. Very tired and dated inside and cooking utensils needIng replacement. If you go, bring everything as nothing is offered. Best part was the porch, but bring your own chairs. We will not return.

The trip could have been excellent, but there was a SAFETY HAZARD on the landing and my daughter sprained her ankle on the first day. The other issue is the porch furniture is in very POOR shape. The new porch and new AC were GREAT! This was our 10th anniversary trip and we will back!
