Stayed Jun 27, 2025Great relaxing vacation home. Gorgeous ocean view. Property was very clean and well equipped. House was super spacious with lots of different seating areas. We had our young adult and teenage kids with us and we all had plenty of space. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beach access was so easy since it’s right next to house. The beach has its own lifeguards which was comforting. Outside shower was great. Property manager was so nice and easy to get a hold of. We didn’t need anything or have any issues but it was nice knowing we could easily get a hold of someone. You can easily drive to Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, and OJMD boardwalks. A few things to keep in mind….House doesn’t have cable so you will need a Roku account and apps for your favorite channels. There are plenty of beach chairs but no umbrella. We rented from a local company and it was super easy. They do not have a Keurig, just a regular coffee pot. Also bring plenty of bottled water. Drinking water isn’t the best as like most beach homes. If you’re looking for a beautiful relaxing beach home this it is. Just perfect!
