Located in the heart of beautiful Mission Beach, this designer residence features an exclusive 1st floor beachfront view deck, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. Other highlights include a shared BBQ, TV's in all rooms, 1 garage parking, w/d, & direct access to the boardwalk & swim friendly ocean. *NOTE no A/C, though floor fans are provided! MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 6 ( 5 ADULTS MAX)

FIRST LEVEL (situated ~6' above ocean level)
A small set of stairs leads to your front entry, where you'll be greeted by an open floor plan concept. The living room houses a full floor set of sliding glass doors that lead to your exclusive 1st floor beach view deck, ideal for enjoying endless blue water ocean views. The space also includes an oversized sofa, accent chairs, & beautiful mounted SMART TV.
Off the living room is a dining area for 4 & top of the line kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, & fully equipped with kitchenware. Further down the hallway is a full bath (shower) along with the master br that has a King size bed, TV, & beautiful ensuite bath with soaking tub / shower combo.

SECOND LEVEL
A full set of stairs leads to br #2 with 2 custom built bunk bed sets (4 twin beds), TV, & a convenient full bath (shower). A great spot for kids!

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    The view awesome, nice balcony. Disappointed no sound for tv first night, place looks older than in pics. Shower upstairs barely gets hot water in the shower. No kleenex anywhere, but appreciated the kitchen, the soaps every where, beach chairs although never got to use. Beds were comfortable.

    Everything as good as advertised. Sunset view was the highlight. Slight negative is the underground parking for this property. While safe and assured parking, it is a bit difficult to get the vehicle in and out. Likely non issue for vehicles with latest tech.

    The ocean view was amazing. And overall the place wasn't bad, but I did have a few things that bothered me. Number 1 was the parking. We had a smaller car and it was still tight. The person next to us always had an SUV parked in their spot, making an already tight spot even worse. Also, I knew there was no a/c, but I thought it wouldn't bother me in December. For some reason, even when the high was only 65 it felt really warm and stuffy in the unit. And lastly, the microwave did a really poor job heating things up. It took 3 minutes to reheat pizza. But that view was spectacular and the area felt safe.

    The home has some obvious wear and tear but overall it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. If you're like us you'll spend most of your time on the patio taking in the ocean and people watching. It's a fantastic location only steps from a beautiful beach. There are coffeeshops and restaurants within walking distance.

    The place was everything we wanted. From sitting on the patio morning and night, enjoying coffee or a drink while watching the waves roll in. To the space within the unit being plenty of room for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), plenty of beds, restrooms, dining area, etc. To there being a garage spot big enough for our big-size SUV right on premises - HUGE! And communication from the company was great, we didn't really need anything but they would send messages to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The ocean toys were clutch for the kids also! Right on the boardwalk so we could cruise up and down the beach. Amazing spot, would definitely stay here again!

    You will absolutely love this location, right on the beach. Love the three full bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we need. Fans were delivered by the Property Managers who were very responsive. You will love ❤️ this home :)

    Beautiful place to stay with all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular and walking distance to everything, especially the beach! Would definitly stay here again next year.
