Ocean Days - Luxury Beach Living - Near Everything

We had a wonderful time. Everything was just as it should be and the communication was excellent.

Communication with Bill was very easy. Check in was on time and easy. The house was as advertised, clean and very spacious. A great place for a family get together.

Kitchens and bathrooms are all updated and spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked. Main living and dining area is spacious plus the master suite has a private sitting area in case you need some alone time. There is an outdoor shower which is key. The house is easy walking distance from Flagler (and The Garlic too). Everything was clean. The host was easy to communicate with and had worthwhile tips. If you’re looking at this house, pull the trigger.

great property, just a short walk to the beach. the house has every amenity, like being at your own home. the owner is awesome and very attentive to all the details. We had 3 adults a 15 yr old and her friend at times and we were all comfortable. Thanks Bill for a wonderful process

I am a hotel snob. I expect everything to be sparkling clean and wonderful when I vacation. This home far exceeded our expectations. It is incredibly clean, has plenty of room, a large yard, plenty of parking and the location is fabulous. It is a short walk from the beach, restaurants and Flagler Ave. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen and baths are updated and there is plenty of room to entertain. The owners are responsive and generally want to make sure you have an incredible stay.

701 Ocean is a fantastic property. Spacious and well appointed, this is a great spot for a quick getaway or long term stay. I would be comfortable in this house for weeks if need be. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. Comfortable beds with nice linen. Laundry facilities and a huge Dining room if you have a bigger group. 1 block off the beach, we walked there in less than 5 minutes. Outdoor shower is great for rinsing off. Plenty of parking. A great owner who attends to your every need...he thinks of the small things too...fresh Basil and Rosemary growing in the garden - who does that?! Truly a great property, I'd give it 6 stars if I could. We will be back for sure. Thanks Bill!

It's hard to say enough good things about this property and the experience of staying here. It looked great online but you never really know with theses things until you actually get there. We were really wowed with the location, the amenities, the condition of the property and the Owner was great as well the one time we needed to ask a question about something. My family has been staying in New Smyrna from time to time for over 35 years. This was the coolest place we've ever rented. Start with the fact that many condos and homes are dated and worn, and the ones that are rehabbed are sometimes done on-the-cheap. It's fine, but they look like a rental. Not this. It was done as if the Owner was going to live there himself. Thoughtful upgrades and things you don't normally find in this price point like large showers with an overhead rain shower head, large bedrooms, custom lighting etc. The kitchen is huge, contemporary, and all of it added to the overall comfort and aesthetics of our time there. The fact it was well appointed with all the towels, kitchen items, etc we needed goes without saying. The location is amazing - right in the heart of the town just a few houses away from the beach, walking distance to the high end restaurants, walking / biking distance the other direction to Flagler Ave and all the shops and food there. It makes you feel like a local in this lovely town. The only way this could have been better would be if the house sat right on the beach, but then it would cost about 5x as much. This place feels like home, and if you are like my wife and me, staying here will make you daydream about moving there permanently!
