The house was exactly as promised. Tad, the property manager, is fabulous. All questions and requests were responded to very quickly and to our satisfaction.

The property was more beautiful than I imagined. We had the best time. Condo was immaculately clean and decorated so beautifully. The view from every bedroom was gorgeous. Definitely would stay at Mermaids Lair again.

We enjoyed some activities together, some singly, but always resting and doing something different than what we normally do.This was our first time on the island. We found that everything was we wanted or needed was close. We definitely want to return in a year or two.

My husband and myself, our two daughters and two son in laws came for the turtle crawl. We love the neighborhood and have stayed in another unit before. This particular one is nice but there were a few flaws with the cleaning crew. There were dirty dishes put away in cabinets, a big wad of hair stuck to the shower wall in one of the upstairs bathrooms and by the looks of our bare feet the floors had not been mopped very well. None the less we enjoyed our stay, stuffed the dishes in the dishwasher, the hair I. The trash and washed our feet. We will be back many more times and we will choose to stay in this neighborhood again.

Condo was beautiful and spacious, wonderful views and balconies. However, living room was not dusted and quilts needed washing.

Spacious rooms, very clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked kitchen. Location in the condo community was peaceful and relaxing, we loved sitting in either of the screened in porches with coffee or wine enjoying the ocean sights and sounds. Spectacular sunrises! Parker Kaufman management company was impressive, we had confusion over dates on our end and they were very easy to work with and help, which made our stay even better. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely home in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. It is extraordinarily well-appointed, providing everything we could possibly have wanted for kitchen, home and beach. It was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for grandma mom, and two teens to spread out or gather. We especially loved the screened-in porches for relaxing and watching birds go by and waves come in. A very short walk to the beach and nicely located on the quieter north end of the Island. We would definitely consider staying here again. One maintenance note: the exterior doors to the screened-in porches were very difficult to unlock, open, and lock from the inside; perhaps they need some adjustments?
